27/09/2024: Family restaurant for fifty years, which tries to pass on traditional recipes while winking at tourists, in a small street a stone's throw from Place Paoli. Only Corsican cuisine based on local products, meats, vegetables. The dish par excellence of the menu is in the Corsican flavors dish which contains a tasting of the entire menu in a single course at a good quality/price ratio.

Excellent restaurant with local products, the waiter Lolo is very friendly, I took the chef's suggestion, my husband was a pure delight, a plate of Corsican dishes, cold meats, cheeses... Also very good , I highly recommend it if you want to eat well at Ile Rousse.

30/08/2024: On the way back from our vacation, we stopped for lunch. The welcome was pleasant but that will be our only compliment. Dish of the day: homemade mayo fried sausage, what a disaster! The fries were black, I refused them. My wife accepted them but wondered if the cooking oil was changed regularly? The sausage was tasteless and let's not talk about the homemade mayo... for dessert it will be useful to review the recipe for a crumble, the dough on top is not made only of sugar. Of course my comments were made to the boss before writing my opinion, you have to know how to listen to criticism, something that the boss did not accept. However, I wish you good luck.
