01/12/2025: Excellent food. We had ravioli as a starter, tartiflette, and duck breast as our main courses. Everything was delicious. A big thank you to Fabian for his cocktails. They are meticulously prepared and very creative.

29/08/2024: Passing through Sauternes, a mandatory stop was required. A nice menu described by the chef at each stage. A pleasant maitre d' and waiter, in a perfectly orchestrated setting. Gourmet restaurant that I recommend with my eyes closed.

05/11/2024: We went to eat in this restaurant lost in the countryside and what a surprise... A charming inn in a very small village which is worth the detour. Refined and excellent dishes, perfect service and dessert.... A coffee tiramisu with stacciatella mousse... A delight! I would return without hesitation.

30/08/2024: Very clean and nicely decorated restaurant room, however, darkened by curtains. Remarkably clean toilets. Polite but cold staff. I found the shellfish coulis extremely salty, white rice overcooked under the fish. The salmon (red label) was good. Origin not specified. Strawberry bowl in glass with slices of strawberries for decoration around the glass, too much “cream”, lack of fruit. Although subjective, a feeling of “overeating”, the need to drink for hours.

30/11/2025: Everything was perfect, thank you so much! What a lovely surprise when we opened our room door! I wasn't expecting such a large room, incredible! Great for a family night... I would have loved to stay longer. Very family-friendly, we felt right at home, and the welcome was incredibly warm, which is so nice when you arrive from the south 😂. The breakfast was good quality (why not add a few more local options?), but otherwise, nothing to complain about. Thank you for the kind gesture towards our son who didn't pay for his breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you. From Marseilles, staying with you ;)

28/10/2024: Expérience du Samedi 26/10/2024. Le Chef Mickaël ARNOULT, dont la cuisine est parfaitement réalisée, n'est ici pas concerné par ce commentaire. En revanche, le comportement déplacé de sa conjointe mérite ce signalement. En effet, mon épouse et moi-même avions réservé une table à 19H30. Pressentant que le trajet pouvait être long en ce Samedi de vacances scolaires, nous avions pris nos dispositions, afin de ne pas être en retard. Mal nous en a pris, puisqu'à notre arrivée à 19H20, nous avons trouvé porte close. A cette suite, nous avons manifesté notre présence auprès du personnel. L'épouse du Chef s'est alors dirigée en notre direction, en contrôlant l'heure sur sa montre, avant de nous permettre l'accès, non sans nous avoir fait constater, que nous avions eu l'outrecuidance de nous présenter avec dix minutes d'avance. La mine renfrognée de cette personne ne laissant guère de doute quant à suite du déroulement du dîner. Nous avons donc patienté dix minutes dans un salon, avant de nous voir autoriser l'accès en salle. Aucun échange durant le repas n'a été possible avec les membres du personnel, qui semblent sous l'emprise de leur supérieure, et évitent d'engager une conversation avec les clients. Tout au plus, ceux-ci peuvent-ils répondre à nos interrogations sur la réalisation des mets proposés. Il est à noter que ce malaise n'est pas une sensation, mais au contraire factuel, et signalé comme tel à de nombreuses reprises par d'autres clients, sur les sites GOOGLE et TRIPADVISOR. Malheureusement, nous n'avions pas compulsé les commentaires pertinents des clients avisés sur ce sujet. Cette chape de plomb instaurée par cette Dame, nuit fortement à l'ambiance générale. La soirée a été par le fait quelque peu gâchée. Les clients n'ont pas à subir l'ire de cette personne. Un restaurant étoilé ne peut se reposer uniquement sur la réalisation d'une gastronomie parfaite, mais se doit de proposer un accueil des plus bienveillants, ce qui n'est malheureusement pas le cas au sein de cet établissement, où le personnel en salle n'est ici pas responsable de la situation. Une constellation si belle soit-elle, ne saurait dissimuler un manque évident d'empathie. Comme l'avait écrit MONTAIGNE. "C'est une belle harmonie, quand le faire et le dire vont ensemble."

04/09/2024: Accueil sympathique pour une table que nous avions réservée. Belle surprise avec mets de saison et cuisine raffinée, petit et grands se sont régalé. Le service est discret et professionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet établissement, une adresse à retenir.
