26/02/2026: The food was delicious, and the lunch set menu was definitely worth it! However, one waiter's rude attitude ruined my dining experience. This level of staff behavior is unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Thankfully, a staff member came to help with the bill later. The waiter's math skills are poor; they need to work on their training and improve their emotional control! But I'm still giving it five stars because the food and the service from everyone else were excellent!

17/02/2026: A very pleasant and excellent restaurant. A warm welcome, a remarkable lunch menu featuring herb and snail soup, chicken with eggplant, and rice pudding. Three delicious courses, attentive service, and a perfect red wine pairing. My brother and I would have liked to meet the chef—without disturbing him—to congratulate him. An address to remember and visit often.

03/03/2026: First time we had lunch at this restaurant as a family! And what a pleasant surprise! Everything was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it from appetizer to dessert! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming! Despite the warnings at the restaurant entrance about recent car break-ins, they allowed us to leave our belongings and suitcases behind the counter so we wouldn't have to worry during our meal. We'll be back! And I recommend making a reservation!

18/01/2026: Excellent time there at this famous mussels spot! Mussels were delicious, we all ordered different sauces. Fries were yummy. Only non mussels options are the beef steak or the charcuterie board. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager is even friendlier and make you feel welcome. Couple of wine options, generous pour. Loud environment as you’re within the market, however love this low key ambiance.

04/01/2026: Very disappointed. If you take away the friendly "yay, we're at Les Capucins" vibe, you're left with a waiter who tells you "yeah, the red is good, it's a Côtes du Rhône" when you ask if the Bordeaux is any good, and undercooked mussels with a stingy sauce, cold cream, and cheap, stale bacon bits, even though the menu says you ordered mussels with bacon (oh, and the bacon bits are barely cooked and unpleasant to chew...). In short, okay, we're superficial, we're willing to eat mediocre food as long as we're in a stylish place because we're looking for something symbolic, but there are limits. PS: Oh, and those crooks, when you order a small charcuterie platter, they throw in a slice of bread under the meat to make it look bigger, you know? Like, look how generous the plate is, when in reality there are three slices of cheap rosette sausage and two tiny corniflards. And we can all agree on that, right? ;) PS: And someone needs to tell that little twerp that the most important quality in the dining room isn't smiling at all costs, but empathy, adapting to the customers' emotions, and communicating effectively. Kisses to the cook, he seems like a good guy, sorry Bébou for ordering at 1:30 pm. No sarcasm <3

22/02/2026: A very beautiful and cozy place, impeccable service with super friendly and professional staff. The food is top-notch; I tasted their foie gras ravioli and the duck breast with honey. The cooking was perfect, the taste was spot on—a true delight for the eyes and the palate. I highly recommend this little gem in Bordeaux. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, efficient and discreet service that allowed us time to enjoy our meals, and well-spaced tables that made us feel like we were sharing our lunch with our neighbors. 👍 The food was delicious and generous. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the terrace and the surrounding nature this summer. Excellent value for money... I highly recommend it.

26/11/2025: Good food, portions a little small in my opinion, but on the other hand, the quality is there! 3 stars for the atmosphere because the dining room can get quite noisy when the tables are full. Very good table service! I think it's ideal in the summer because of the superb terrace 👍
