Toute l'équipe est très sympa et vous met à l'aise afin de profiter de la quiétude du lieu. Je valide la reconnaissance en tant que bistrot de pays car cela correspond exactement aux critères pour les connaisseurs😉. Je recommande vivement les yeux fermés.

04/07/2025: Fantastic food, stuffed lamb was outstanding. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and the gravy beautiful. The pizza was also great. Apple and rhubarb compote was amazing. All round a great restaurant.

Fabien and Amélie offer exceptionally high-quality cuisine, bordering on gourmet, with dishes bursting with flavor and creativity. Each visit is a true explosion in the mouth, a pure moment of pleasure. All this with incredible value for money in a warm, authentic setting, in the heart of a magnificent village nestled between mountains and nature. A must-see if you're in the area. And if you're a restaurant owner or looking to retrain, La Forge is a gem worth taking over: everything you need to succeed is there. A loyal clientele, a charming location, and above all, a soul. ❤️

06/09/2024: Beautiful setting. Very welcoming. The meal was good, however, a big downside for the fondue: small quantity and more than passable quality (grainy, bitter and overcooked). And the bottle of red wine was too cold.

11/10/2024: Great place: the decor is neat (the sofa areas are a great idea) the menu is varied and the staff are always welcoming and smiling. Personally, I'm a fan of the complete Brunchy (sweet, savory + drinks) pancakes: killer! And incidentally they always have a great playlist ^^

11/10/2024: Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce restaurant routier, 16€ pour buffet d'entrées, plat, fromage, dessert et vin 🤑 Les entrées sont variées avec même des huîtres (qu'il faut ouvrir soi-même) charcuteries, salades etc 👍 Divers plats du jour proposés, mais la viande de bœuf n'est pas terrible...😩 Le choix des fromages est limité mais l'offre des desserts est à la hauteur 🤗 Vin compris 🍷 Service sympathique et efficace 👏 Bref, très correct pour le prix 😉

04/07/2025: A nice hidden gem! You can feel their passion! Chef Keisuke is a talented chef. There is a Japanese culinary style infused to their menu in a very gentle way. This deserves your visit. (Details: Starter: Sliced zucchini with pasta, topped with fried potatoes and wagyu in buttery dressing. This seems to be a bit oily for a starter after a very refreshing amuse bouche. Fish main: Very juicy sea bream with a ginger based mousse. This is very delicate way to infuse the Japanese (but also Cantonese) cooking style for treating fish with ginger! My favourite fish for the night! Meat main: Seared Duck Breast. It was cooked pretty good. Duck is tender and the skin is presented beautifully to keep a soft texture, through I prefer a thiner duck skin. Dessert: Jasmine tea ice cream and cherries. Flawless! Excellent combo! One of the best ice cream I ever have. Service: Perfect. Warm, welcoming and comfortable. Japanese style! We had a wonderful night! Thank you!

18/06/2025: A superb restaurant in the 16th arrondissement of Paris. Exceptional gourmet cuisine by Chef Keisuke Yamagishi, inspired by Chopin's studies. The service is the best I've ever experienced in France—attentive, elegant, and impeccable. A brilliant venue with a long and refined wine list, showcasing the great wines of Burgundy. Truly unforgettable.

02/12/2024: Feines, kleines Gourmet Restaurant. Nicht weit von Straßburg/ Elsass. Entepastete ( foie gras de canard ) vorzüglich. Der Koch Gilles Leininger hat dafür einen Auszeichnung erhalten. Es lohnt sich hier mal hinzugehen. Reservierung ist notwendig

27/11/2024: Excellent, it was definitely worth the drive. We were the only guests on a Wednesday evening, so we had full attention, good wines by the glass.

19/09/2024: Excellent brunch! We had brunch with 10 people on a Sunday morning and everything was perfect! The service is great and the food delicious. There are formulas adapted to all appetites (small hunger at €18.50, large hunger at €25.50) or individual dishes. Don't be fooled by the location and exterior because the interior of the restaurant is superb.

19/10/2024: Très bon resto. Plats simples mais très bons. Serveurs super agréables. A proximité de la place du tertres ou tous les restos sont des attrapes touristes. Ne pas hésiter à y venir.
