01/12/2025: My wife wanted a French Onion soup and saw it on the menu online. We went there on that basis. 😂
I got nervous when the restaurant filled up with tourists and no locals. Usually a bad sign for us.
Great decision as it was the best onion soup we’ve had. That along with a fabulous cheese plate (which we shared) was enough to make for a great meal.
And service was superb.
28/11/2025: Stopped in here for dinner by myself. It was quiet and cozy and the staff was very friendly. They offered indoor and outdoor seating. The food was good and reasonably priced. Lots of tourists also dining at the same time, but nothing about my experience felt touristy. Nice spot for a casual dinner.

And €11 for a half-pitcher of red wine??????
Basically, you get a chicken leg, three pork ribs, rice and fries, and a boxed wine for €28...
That's highway robbery in my opinion!! 😡😡😡😡

05/02/2026: Working in the same neighborhood, this bakery-pastry shop is a regular for me. They have very good products. The macarons are excellent. The staff is lovely.

Contrary to the place's good reputation, you won't find any welcome here. The enticing menu items fail to impress; the food is simple, yes, but bland. Go for a coffee and to appreciate the ambiance, perhaps discover the charming little bookstore, but otherwise, keep walking.

The dishes were beautifully presented and the service efficient. The setting is pleasant with a sea view. We will definitely be back.
