26/11/2025: Looking for a good lunch spot on a Monday in Le Havre? This place already has a great reputation, even without mentioning its location upstairs. The service is professional and friendly. For starters, we had two seared langoustine loins with a delicious Jerusalem artichoke sauce. The main course was five flavorful scallops on a bed of purple potato purée. It was a well-prepared and delicious meal. The service was quick and professional.

09/03/2026: A Montmartre atmosphère with average food. Ran into Le Progrès while walking around Montmartre and decided to stop by. The waiter was attentive and atmosphere was calm as soon as we entered. We ordered the escargots, steak, tartar, and crème brûlée for dessert. Some dishes were good such as the tartar and salad dressing. On the other hand, the steak was not very well prepared and the cut was full of tendons. If you're looking for a calm bistro with nice atmosphere, I would recommend stopping by but I would not expect to be blown away by the food. Far from it...

28/01/2026: We stopped at this restaurant on our way back from vacation. We received a very warm welcome. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. There's a large parking lot right across the street, even for very large vehicles. As an added bonus, our two cocker spaniels were welcome. We'll definitely be back.

Tiramisu needs coffee liqueur or marsala or .... Glace vanille? Peut être s'il est fait maison, mais je m'en doute. Price reasonable €14
