01/10/2026: ✨ A wonderful surprise! ✨ We discovered Les Trois Mats for the first time tonight, and what a fantastic discovery! 😍 From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and such positive energy. Honestly, we felt right at home! And what can I say about the galettes… A real treat! 🤤 A big plus for the 100% buckwheat galettes, perfect for those who are gluten-free. It's so nice to be able to enjoy them without worrying about food! A charming place, a great atmosphere, and delicious food: all the ingredients are there for a wonderful time. Thank you for this marvelous meal and your hospitality! We will definitely be back.

20/09/2026: Good crêperie, but don't be in a hurry. Very friendly welcome, and the toilets are exceptional, worth seeing.

21/09/2026: We felt like we were welcomed into their home. The dining room is warm and decorated with tasteful splashes of bulls and character sketches. The food was balanced with fine tuned accents of various seasonings. All humble, but distinctive. The server repeatedly referenced "homemade," as he guided us through the options. There were, maybe, 10 main courses. Which is about right, when a restaurant cares enough to make your meal to their liking. You'll like it, too! Our server hustled to manage the room, but we were always well attended to. He took his time with us to make sure we understood our order (the menu was in French. Of course!) He carefully explained the nuances of each dish. Each of which, met our expectations and then some. If you like a quiet meal, with just enough buzz in the room to feel like you're in good company. If you like selections that makes fast friends with taste buds. If you like a kind smile and a patient server - Le Bouchon des Greffes is your place!

20/09/2026: What a surprise for bull lovers! Sausage (excellent), Gardienne (to die for!), and bull rib (next time). The bone marrow and snail casserole were super good. As for the service, the waiter was very friendly and efficient despite the crowd. An excellent place, especially since the setting is beautiful!

12/09/2026: Very good homemade food and very close to Notre-Dame. The only thing is that the menu is not very extensive, which makes up for it because they make daily specials for lunch, and I imagine that must be because the food is homemade. I didn't give it a 5th star because I thought it was a bit expensive at €7.50 for a liter bottle of water. Otherwise, good value for money

15/07/2026: We had a lovely stay at this hotel this weekend. Booking was very easy. The welcome was very warm, the rooms were clean, and the owner was very attentive. We had dinner at the restaurant: a short menu featuring fresh, local produce, and excellent cuisine.

12/09/2026: No cheese available on Saturday night at 7.30pm with no alternative, saucisson is average and expensive 30€ almost double price vs anywhere else around. Wine by glass few choices and so-so. Very doubtful of all good reviews on Trip advisor and Google - Try another one !

16/08/2026: Le Petit Bouchon is a small and cozy restaurant, with a somewhat cramped space and tables that aren't very large, but where the service truly stands out. The attention was excellent: quick, friendly, and very kind throughout the entire meal. The presentation of the dishes follows a fairly similar style, as they all came with a mixed salad and skin-on fries, cut into wedges. The salad came with a dressing of a flavor that was difficult to define, which didn't quite win us over, and the potatoes, although they looked homemade, weren't a big hit with us either. We tried several dishes. The veal liver steak, served with a garlic and parsley dressing, was tasty and a good choice. The veal escalope alla milanese was decent, although perhaps a tad dry. The rib-eye steaks were the least impressive: they were cut a bit too thin, were somewhat tough, and weren't cooked to our liking. Regarding the price, I wouldn't consider it an inexpensive restaurant, although it's probably within the usual French standards. In short, it's a place where the service clearly stands out above all else, with excellent and friendly attention, but the food is somewhat inconsistent: some dishes work well, while others could be improved.

13/08/2026: We took a day trip to Albi and chose this little restaurant for lunch. Amazing! The food was exquisite, local, and plentiful. I recommend ordering from the set menus, as it's excellent value for money. The owner was wonderful. She was very friendly.

26/08/2026: We stopped to make a reservation in the afternoon for dinner in the evening. Delicious galettes with the perfect balance of ingredients, interesting froments made with a combination of ingredients that you may not find everywhere. I had the delice de marron and it was spectacular. Service was kind and prompt. One person was serving all the tables while we were there and she was very busy yet patient.
