22/09/2024: I arrived very late in Paris and found this beautiful place open until 2 am! The food is good, perhaps the menu is a little limited but it has something for all tastes. Super friendly attention. I had no problem getting what I wanted even though I don't speak French 😀

But I admit that I was disappointed by the dishes and the buffet
Main dishes served barely warm
Products offered at the simple buffet (hard-boiled egg salad, among others)
And above all the avocado toast was a slice of bread with a few slices of unripe avocado with a poached egg (also cold like the dish)
And without real flavor
I said it was a joy to take my children….
I looked at the reviews beforehand which are good but unfortunately do not correspond to reality

04/12/2024: it had been a while since I had been here but this time I was disappointed, a lot of waiting for a single dish of frogs which were not cooked enough, the dessert without finesse, not homemade whipped cream, fortunately the waitresses were smiling and friendly

it was beyond our expectations. Chantal and Carl carry at arm's length an establishment like there aren't many left and which will belong to the past if we don't praise them.
Chantal is considerate and very kind, Carl an outstanding cook who makes a point of doing everything himself, homemade is not overused.
we will even remember a simple fried egg prepared by him.
hurry up before they take a well-deserved retirement.
