18/07/2026: We had such a delicious meal here! You arrive on a slightly uninviting street, but they have a nice little courtyard and a cozy dining area inside. The menu has an average of 4 options per course, and every dish we had was delicious!! I think the chef can make exactly what is on the menu perfectly. The service was super, very friendly. She took the time to help us in French but also spoke good English if we couldn't quite follow. Highly recommended!!

11/07/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to a friend. A few weeks ago, he invited us to this magnificent restaurant. From the warm welcome to the decor and the ever-changing dishes, everything was perfect. A huge thank you to the woman who greeted us and to her husband in the kitchen—bravo to them both! 🌺🫶

06/08/2026: Great evening with the girls! We ate very well, the portions were generous, and the wine was excellent. A lovely place in Riez with a wide selection.

05/08/2026: No way!!! The art of cooking??? You don't serve prawns with potatoes!!!! Fashion faux pas!!!! I admit the warm Provençal salad was good. The prawns were great. Actually, the potatoes were cooked perfectly. But you don't wear rubber boots with a mini skirt. This art of perfecting flavors and colors needs a serious overhaul. Here, there was nothing artistic about it. What a shame.

04/08/2026: We received a very warm welcome from the very friendly staff. The vegetable quiche was excellent, as were the fries.

02/08/2026: Waiting here for the train to arrive, rather than at the station, is undoubtedly the best option. The professional and elegant service is exactly what one expects from a proper Parisian brasserie.

18/07/2026: A very good restaurant, the terrace is very pleasant and the food is excellent. The service is also top-notch, and the meat and Irish coffee were superb.

26/07/2026: Great find thanks to Google on our route, but especially thanks to the well-deserved reviews of Le Saint Jacques. We booked at the last minute without any problems. A slight disappointment, however, that the terrace wasn't offered to us; in fact, we thought it was closed when we arrived—a shame, it looked lovely! My two teenagers opted for the pork ribs and the burger, respectively, which were a hit. I highly recommend the homemade fries (available with or without salad). For my part, I had a rather nice Asian salad. I made a small exception to my vegetarian diet with four small shrimp in the salad. There are very few, if any, meat/fish options on the menu, which is a shame given the quality. The desserts were perfect. A very warm welcome from the entire team. The bill came to 98 euros, including three main courses, three desserts, two drinks, and a coffee. Excellent value for money. I recommend this somewhat hidden local establishment, the antithesis of tourist traps.

27/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The meat was particularly delicious, cooked over a wood fire! I had a ribeye steak and my husband had a duck breast; we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was very attentive. We'll be back!

13/05/2026: We had dinner and stayed one night at this establishment and were delighted with our choice. The meal (a seven-course menu for us) was served in a beautiful, contemporary dining room with a view of the surrounding nature. It was flawless, both in terms of the cuisine (refined and inventive) and the service. The only slight criticism was that the portions were a little too generous to truly appreciate the end of the meal and the petit fours offered with coffee. We opted to stay in the cabin-style rooms: an excellent choice! They are very spacious, beautifully decorated, and one of the two had a view of the surrounding nature (unfortunately, the other overlooked the back of the neighbors' house at the end of the garden). The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower. Absolutely fantastic!

30/06/2026: A huge THANK YOU to Vincent, the manager, and his team for organizing our son's christening meal. Everything was perfect: the warm welcome, the elegant decorations, the impeccable service, and their exceptional availability. The meal was entirely homemade and delicious. The dessert was a real showstopper! The six children present each had their own table and were then able to play all afternoon in the shaded courtyard. All the guests were delighted. Thank you so much for everything!

14/08/2026: The oysters were remarkably fresh and of exceptional quality. We were able to try gratinated oysters for the first time, and they were also exquisite. As for the service, the gentleman who looked after us that evening was exceptionally kind. I recommend it 200%.

14/07/2026: Warm welcome and quick seating. Friendly and smiling staff. Orders taken and service were fast. The orders weren't entirely accurate, but the staff corrected them fairly quickly. The bread served was a bit stale, like it was from the day before. Prices were a little too high considering the quality of the meat and sides (sobry fries, slightly wilted salad...). The dining room was a bit noisy but still pleasant. Comfortable seating. My opinion is somewhat mixed. But I think I'll go back because the staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is warm, and the opening hours are very convenient (open on Sundays).
