11/03/2026: What a wonderful discovery! We came in just for a coffee, but when we saw the menu, we simply had to stay for dinner. The food and service were very British, which is perfect for us, as we love England so much 😍. We enjoyed homemade fish and chips, a marvelous avocado and salmon tartine, followed by a delicious Irish coffee just like you'd get there. We didn't have room for a homemade cheesecake, but the different flavors looked very tempting. We'll definitely be back in Vouvant just for this coffee.

09/03/2026: Hello, I've been waiting for a miracle since the afternoon of March 8th, 2026. We went into this café hoping to get something to eat and have a tea, basically to have a drink. We sat inside for 25 minutes, facing the counter, in full view of the waitresses and the owner. No one came to see us; they ignored us. One of the waitresses or the manager was chatting quietly in the doorway during this time. Four people arrived after us but were served before us; this is totally unacceptable. Do you have to be English to expect to see you do your job properly? I am disappointed with your service; you are not the only one in Vouvant, as evidenced by our tired wait for you to deign to take our order. We went to see your competitors, and there you have it: fast service, a warm welcome—in short, what Café des Miracles lacks. It's all the customers who make you exist, even the occasional ones. A negative experience, a shame, as Vouvant is a lovely setting. Have a good day.

27/01/2026: Very nice, and close to the stadium, definitely worth a visit, we settled in for a long lunch prior to the rugby match. The staff were attentive, and didn't rush us at all. Place was full, so definitely need to book.

25/01/2026: Quite honestly, the vegetarian burger should be removed from the menu. Only the fries were decent, and even then, barely. As for the burger, it was a tiny, defrosted bun, a single, barely warm slice of cheddar cheese, a very mediocre veggie "patty," and a single, tiny lettuce leaf. I ate it because I was starving. And I was still starving afterward. My wife's mushroom tarte flambée wasn't cooked. The dessert was more whipped cream than ice cream. We ate in our jackets because it must have been around 17°C (63°F) at most. Frankly, I'm rarely this critical, but this was just unacceptable. I definitely don't recommend it.

09/01/2026: We received an excellent welcome at this inn. The staff didn't hesitate to give up a table for four to accommodate our dog's stroller. The food was excellent; the beef tartare prepared right in front of us was a unique touch. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return on our next trip to the area. And a special thank you to the staff for their warm welcome and professionalism. We wish them continued success.

Extensive drinks menu, although wine and champagne aren't served tableside; they're brought to you already decanted. But the atmosphere is good, and even though there are many tourists, it offers something different. Excellent pianist the night we went (Saturday the 14th).
