26/02/2026: Great find! While riding our motorcycles near Royan, our quick lunch break here was perfectly satisfying. Both the service and the food are excellent. I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable. All the best to you, and see you soon!

03/02/2026: I came to try this restaurant for lunch and was satisfied with the quality of the meal. However, there were a few drawbacks: the wait was a bit long, but I was especially surprised to see customers who arrived after us being served before us, and to have to ask for bread that hadn't been brought with our food. I was also surprised to see that you can bring your dog to eat there, but why not?

19/02/2026: Excellent restaurant with very friendly and welcoming waiters/waitresses. We ordered the raclette for four people plus a starter (it was a very generous portion). I highly recommend it!

24/01/2026: An incredibly popular and cosy restaurant with a fantastic atmostphere with view out over the sea. In the summer you can take advantage of the outdoor seating with sea views. Booking is essential. The menu is simple - just Lobster and frites for a main course! Served with a choice of three sauces. Oysters are available for a starter and also accras (fritters). Great value. Good selection of wines, simple deserts and good Irish Coffee. Service is super friendly and full of energy. We loved this restaurant and visited both in May and September.

03/02/2026: A very good brasserie. The portions are generous and the dishes are appetizing. The staff is particularly pleasant and attentive, and the service is simply excellent. The interior is warm and inviting. One small drawback, however: I ordered the cod with virgin sauce and mashed potatoes, expecting a proper portion of mashed potatoes. However, the dish was served with only a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes, along with other steamed vegetables that weren't listed on the menu. Not being a particular fan of slightly sweet vegetables with fish, I was a little disappointed by this. This doesn't detract from the overall quality of the establishment, which remains very pleasant.

04/03/2026: Avoid at all costs! The food isn't even worthy of a run-of-the-mill fast-food joint. We ordered two burgers that were served with frozen fries they hadn't even bothered to reheat. When we asked for sauces, which weren't offered, we felt like we were bothering them! After insisting, the sauces they leave outside in the sun, showing no regard for hygiene standards, were finally served to us straight from the container. The burgers were also served cold; the patties had a plastic-like texture, and the industrial bun was stale. The servers were vulgar, aggressive, and spoke in a condescending tone. To top it all off, this "meal" made us both sick.

16/11/2024: Un lieu très agréable , une très bonne et saine cuisine, un accueil remarquable et des prix ajustés font de ce restaurant un incontournable à Dijon ! Il s’agit d’une cuisine plutôt assez simple tournée vers de bons produits avec un choix de propositions vegan. Malheureusement un point reste à améliorer, le choix des vins au verre , très limité avec une absence de vins élevés en Biodynamie ou nature .

The highlight, the garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew). Thank you to the entire team for giving us this magical experience.

14/03/2026: Can the Perreux institution, facing competition from "La Perle" and "Magnolia," hold its own? An unconventional chef who knows how to reinvent himself is exactly what "Le Pourquoi Pas" needed. The menu is regularly updated, always consistently excellent, always perfectly executed, always so moving. After ten visits, one might expect to tire of it, but no, it's a marvel every time. Only the wine list falls short of the culinary standard, offering ordinary wines at inflated prices, but nothing can be perfect all the time. The bottle doesn't matter as long as the experience is intoxicating, and here, that intoxicating experience is the chef's perfect dishes. Thank you for this moment.

11/03/2026: I went to dinner with my friend: the decor is very pretty, but the room is very dark. We had to use our phone flashlights to read the menu board! It was impossible to see what was on our plates properly, what a shame! A meal is also enjoyed with the eyes... The ice bucket was leaking, soaking the tablecloth, which was very unpleasant. I finished my meal with napkins under my plate to try and stay dry... To top it all off, the bill was rather steep: 150 euros for two people for an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, coffee, and a bottle of rosé. Admittedly, we ate well, but the price is excessive, especially considering all the problems we experienced... The quality/price ratio is completely off. At that price, everything should be impeccable! We won't be going back and we advise our friends and family against going there... What a shame...

16/12/2025: Beautiful place, pleasant setting, parking, friendly atmosphere. I can't comment on the food; the dishes were hearty and tasty, but the desserts were a bit of a mixed bag.

08/03/2026: Hello, quite disappointed with our lunch today. The €19 appetizer platter was very light. The meat in the Flemish Carbonnade was very dry. The chicken in Maroilles sauce was bland. In short, very average.

01/03/2026: Lunch this Sunday, Grandparents' Day, we got one of the last tables as it was almost full. We had a wonderful meal: a two-salmon tartare as a starter, followed by a delicious pork knuckle as a main course, and homemade fries. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. We will gladly return when we're back up north. Well done, keep up the good work!

26/02/2026: A fantastic find! It's so welcoming, Marie Thérèse is incredibly warm and makes you feel right at home. The products are locally sourced, delicious, and the price is unbeatable for such high quality!
