03/05/2026: The sushi is good quality, but the delivery service is terrible. The edamame, miso soup, and gyoza arrive cold. The driver's tracking card is useless and doesn't inform you that the driver has other people on the route (which ultimately causes the hot dishes to be cold). The estimated delivery times are completely wrong, and the food arrives 30 minutes late. You're better off using a separate service like Deliveroo or Uber Eats (but you'll pay more...).

There's a large parking lot right across the street, even for very large vehicles. As an added bonus, our two cocker spaniels were welcome. We'll definitely be back.

26/05/2026: We stayed in this charming hotel in a very clean and comfortable room, which also boasted a splendid view of the Loire River. Dinner at the restaurant was perfect! The menu showcased local and organic produce, a true expression of the Loire Valley's terroir. The dishes were beautiful and, above all, delicious, with an incredible balance of flavors. To complement them, the wine list was also very local, featuring vibrant wines that perfectly reflected the chef's cuisine. A fully realized and consistent identity. 08/05/2026: The food is very good. The presentation is enticing. The syrups are perfectly balanced. I forgot to ask you the brand, oops. The vegetarian platter was a hit! It's a shame I wasn't hungry enough for dessert! Vegetarian options are also available, making it an accessible and welcoming restaurant. The only downside is the limited space (it's a small place) and the closely spaced tables. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to returning!
