01/03/2026: This unassuming restaurant turned out to be a delightful surprise. The food was excellent, the prices more than reasonable, and the service discreet and efficient. The dining room was spacious. There was a bit of a wait for the appetizers, but a large table was there that evening, and the staff came to let us know and apologize in advance if there might be a slight delay—very pleasant. A slightly more extensive wine list would be a plus, but overall, a very good experience. We will gladly return. Special mention to the profiterole—generous and truly delicious.

29/10/2025: A wonderful discovery at Auberge du Moulin. The setting is magnificent, especially the terrace with its weeping willow, which creates a truly soothing atmosphere. We had a lovely time. The cuisine is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. You can taste the care that goes into each dish. It's a place you'll enjoy returning to, whether for the decor or the food. I highly recommend it.

29/10/2025: We ate very well and the portions were generous. Foie gras, duck, wild boar stew, perfect egg, dessert... Everything was delicious!

09/03/2026: We came in early March as a group of four. The prices are exorbitant for what you get on your plate! For example: a piece of chicken/fries/salad €24!!!! A "gourmet coffee" with three small pastries was €12!!! Disappointed despite the ambiance and service... We won't be back.

I highly recommend it and we'll definitely be back... the dish we chose was lamb shoulder confit, slow-cooked for several hours... truly delicious... and very generous portions... and a to-die-for tarte tatin for dessert :) We had a wonderful time from beginning to end.

18/01/2026: A magical interlude at the Château d'Etoges for a weekend getaway with friends. Our suite was spacious, beautifully laid out and decorated, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a relaxing moment at the spa, with its hammam, sauna, and herbal tea room overlooking the château and grounds. Dinner at the Orangerie was absolutely excellent, with attentive staff! And finally, breakfast with champagne overlooking the gardens... We will definitely be back in the warmer months!
