15/05/2026: A superb welcome; Aurélie, the waitress, was very friendly and pleasant. The chef prepared a very refined and flavorful dish. A restaurant I highly recommend.

15/05/2026: A pleasant experience at this charming inn with a rather calm atmosphere; the food was excellent, as was the house cocktail. We recommend it.

28/05/2026: A discreet spot nestled between the ramparts and a lovely garden, the welcome is warm and the service prompt. As for the food, the dishes are perfectly cooked and the portions are just right, allowing you to savor the flavors without feeling stuffed. I particularly enjoyed the pavlova for dessert, whose meringue was crisp on the outside and slightly sticky on the inside.

20/05/2026: We often pass through Carcassonne and make a point of stopping here. It's a fantastic place in the city. The food is excellent and the service impeccable. The outdoor terrace is lovely in the summer. I highly recommend it.

13/06/2026: Beautifully presented and delicious, but unfortunately there were too many bones in the trout fillet... and too many flies.

07/06/2026: We went for dinner and ordered a hamburger. It was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant; there were people there, and the place is centrally located in town. However, there were over a million flies that didn't let us eat in peace, and we had to cover our beer glasses with our phones to keep any from falling in. That's why I'm giving it a low rating, because the owner allowed all those insects in the place.

07/04/2026: Delicious, very generous portions, original... and very, very friendly. Ideally located because it's not too high up... so less cold and less tiring than other mountain restaurants. Bonus: one of the few places where you can have lunch outside while keeping an eye on your skis!

29/05/2026: During our motorcycle trip, we discovered this fantastic place to stay. A warm welcome, perfect service, a delicious meal, and impeccably clean rooms… the family who owns it are incredibly friendly. The location is surrounded by nature.

27/05/2026: The set meal costs 65+ per person, the portions are huge, and we couldn't finish it all. I highly recommend trying the beef thymus! 😂😂😂, absolutely unique and a different flavor. The wine we ordered was over 100 euros a bottle; we took the rest home. The owner is Japanese, and he was alone the whole time. Dinner is from 7:30 to 9:30, almost two hours, just as they were closing. Reservations are required; walk-ins might not get you a table. High ratings, and the wine is great value! We came specifically for the wine, and the restaurant responded very quickly. I appreciate the reservation system.

30/04/2026: I visited this restaurant for lunch in Paris in January 2024. It's apparently a bistro run by a Japanese owner-sommelier. I ordered a lamb dish as my main course, and they served me a wine that perfectly complemented it. It was delicious! I want to go back to Paris again!

Conveniently located right by the Libération tram station, it offers the option to dine outdoors when the weather permits, or inside its pleasant, classic French bistro setting. The menu features excellent local cuisine served in a traditional style, accompanied by warm and welcoming service. On clear days, securing an outdoor table is highly recommended; it is an ideal spot to observe the lively market during lunch or to enjoy the authentic neighborhood atmosphere at dinner, which remains largely free of heavy tourist crowds. On cooler days, the indoor dining area provides a cozy, authentic bistro feel. The seafood is consistently fresh and well-prepared. Highly recommended.

15/05/2026: A favourite for us on an annual visit to the cardiologist upstairs! Appropriate prices, fresh produce, innovative plats du jour, and excellent service from a somewhat zany waiter! All made for a dining experience that was a treat. See you next year!
