The pizzas and other dishes were very good, the service was professional and very pleasant, the restaurant and restrooms were clean, ideally located in the center, but just a little off the beaten path, we were able to enjoy the terrace in peace. 28/08/2026: Located in the heart of Sancerre, this cafe offers plenty of outdoor seating in the square in front of the building, in addition to indoor seating. It's always bustling with customers. Although it's a cafe, they have a wide variety of ice cream, ice cream desserts, and shakes. They also serve alcohol and light meals at reasonable prices. The staff are all friendly and create a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

28/08/2026: Just had a nice drink, and the service and atmosphere were quite pleasant and good. It was nicely situated on the village square. So, it's a top spot for a drink!

19/09/2026: Le Patio is a beautiful establishment that deserves to be better known. The menu offers a variety of dishes. The "Traversée" menus allow you to choose from the entire menu at a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. In short, I highly recommend it.

17/09/2026: What a lovely surprise! A small restaurant nestled in a patio with a beautiful olive tree. A young, attentive, and friendly team. Lunch for €28 including a glass of wine (perfectly decent quality). Excellent! 👍

16/09/2026: We discovered this place by sheer chance and what a wonderful experience it was. The electric boat self ride was amazing. No licenses required, can take 4 pax and its very easy to sail it to the castle and back for an hour, passing through the bridge and castle arches. Strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

15/09/2026: A wonderful experience for the whole family, including our two grandchildren and our puppy. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip; the one-hour duration allowed plenty of time to admire the scenery, the banks of the Cher River, and of course, the Château de Chenonceau from every angle. The staff at the port were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

11/10/2026: I came here for my last meal in Paris before heading back to London. It was highly recommended and didn't disappoint whatsoever. The music was so good, I felt like I was chilling in someone's living room whilst I was waiting for dinner!

11/10/2026: The food was so delicious that I unbuttoned my pants lol. I came without a reservation, but it was so good I think this place is going to become famous. I highly, highly recommend it. The wine is a bit pricey though!!! Staff member Agnes is so kind ❤️❤️ I'll definitely come again.

23/09/2026: A wonderful discovery made completely by chance! While walking through the neighborhood, I stumbled upon Le Refuge des Moines without really knowing the address. And what a surprise: a true Parisian bistro with top-notch bistronomic cuisine and a menu entirely made from scratch. I ordered the half free-range chicken for €16: perfectly cooked, tender meat, and above all, a perfectly crispy skin that crackled in your mouth. The accompanying homemade mashed potatoes were excellent. The value for money is remarkable for Paris, and the service is impeccable, friendly, and attentive. An address I highly recommend.

First, they have continuous service with extended hours from morning to night; second, the galettes were fantastic, and the service was very fast and friendly, with a lovely waitress who spoke Spanish quite well. Definitely an option to keep in mind.
