Un rapport qualité prix impeccable !!
10/09/2024: Restaurant se situant au début de la vieille historique de Sartène. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Menu express à 22 € très correct. Possibilité de déjeuner dehors en terrasse mais aussi dans une petite salle climatisée.

02/07/2025: A perfect setting at the foot of the Lourdes Golf Course. We had a great time in this restaurant. A very good meal with fresh, well-prepared products. A "La vie en Rose" dessert was to die for. A very warm welcome. A big thank you to Fred and his wife.
02/06/2025: A very pleasant place for lunch, in an idyllic setting. The staff is excellent and the food delicious.
I recommend it 100%!

30/09/2024: Always exceptional. Unless you have a palate atrophied by junk food, it is unthinkable not to get there as soon as possible.
21/09/2024: First experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it was exceptional.
Excellent service, excellent appetizers, as well as the cuisine, very varied and rather sophisticated, based on simple, seasonal products.
Wines perfectly matched with the dishes, and the atmosphere of the restaurant is very soothing.
We will return.

01/10/2024: As always not above, a sure value....pleasant, gentle, zen waitress, a pleasure...whether with family, friends or lovers, the place lends itself to it. There is something for everyone on the menu and everyone can find what they are looking for. Good and well served regional menu, excellent tarte flambée (and I'm picky😉).
If you want to have a good time in all simplicity I recommend Chou'heim!

Tested and approved: Auvergne hamburger, piece from the Salers butcher (very good meat) with red wine sauce, homemade fries 🤗, Auvergne salad and red fruit tiramisu (delicious)
Top draft blond beer and glass of regional red wine (pinot noir).
Very good service on the terrace.

Nous sommes venus en famille, journée avec des fortes chaleurs, trouver un établissement climatisé était un réel plus.

L’équivalent d’un verre de riz trop cuit , collant donc pas bon.
Très exactement dans chaque part : 5 moules et 3 petites gambas.
27/08/2024: Petit restau qui avait du monde, mais qui nous a taper dans l'œil. A 21h, à 3, sans réservation, nous avons été accueilli. Des plats excellents et copieux, pour un prix raisonnable. Service de qualité. Bref, ne pas hésiter à y faire un tour 😉 à l'occasion nous reviendrons 😉

03/12/2024: Small room, it is better to reserve. The satisfactory cuisine with few products (guarantee of quality), new menu each season and the service available. The first room serves as a bar, so a little noisy but very bearable. Finally, easy public parking. This is a good address.
18/11/2024: A digestive break for a pleasant Friday evening. The service was perfect... the staff very friendly. A small downside. My Mai Thai was very light. The alcohol was drowned out by the crushed ice

17/11/2024: One of the nights we visited Paris we didn't know what to do and we started looking for a place to have a drink. We found this wine cellar, very small but cozy. We had a charcuterie board and a cheese board along with two bottles of wine and nothing expensive. The boy was very kind, and when he found out that we were Spanish he put us in Spanish. When I return to Paris, if we stay nearby we will return, without a doubt.
16/11/2024: Stumbled upon this gem after striking out at a few other wine bars in the neighborhood. Little did we know that this was the best case scenario. These guys will take you in, feed you when you’re hungry, give you a drink when you are thirsty and receive you into their home. 5/5 stars no question.
