02/05/2026: Passing through the region for personal reasons, I spent two nights at a hotel. The rooms are very quiet and pleasant. The meals and breakfasts are excellent. A special mention goes to the staff, who are very attentive and caring. I highly recommend it.

As for the flavors, they are exceptional: precise, balanced, indulgent, and exquisitely delicate. You savor every bite with delight. The service is also impeccable, attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate. We felt welcomed with generosity and kindness from beginning to end. A rare find where gastronomy rhymes with emotion, creativity, and authenticity. A huge congratulations to the chef and his entire team for this wonderful experience. We will return with great pleasure!

11/05/2026: Nice hotel , big room and great breakfast with friendly service. Unfortunately the bottle of water was empty in my room and the sink needed some unblocking. I guess this was just bad luck.

09/06/2026: We had a wonderful evening at the open-air café and then continued on to the restaurant. From the cocktails to the after-dinner drinks, it was simply delightful. The hotel rooms were spacious and quiet. I highly recommend it for a romantic weekend getaway or a trip with friends. 19/05/2026: Nestled in a quiet corner of St. André, it was a lovely and delightful discovery. The dishes and specialties are generous, the cuisine authentic, the welcome warm, and the prices quite reasonable. We'll definitely be back to try more of their mouthwatering specialties!

10/05/2026: Another visit to the Dombes restaurant, with fond memories of its pleasant terrace during the summer months. For our dinner yesterday, the aperitif accompaniments lacked originality and flair... the frogs' legs were very good, and a nice touch was that they were served on a warming plate, keeping them pleasant throughout the meal. The other dishes were decent and generous, but the desserts were very traditional and seemed stuck in the past; it would be good to adapt some of the offerings to the season. A positive point was the nice variety of wines by the glass, which, however, deserved to be presented with the bottle itself, rather than simply having the glasses already filled. Much work remains to be done to better align the cuisine with the restaurant's beautiful dining room.
