31/07/2024: A faire très bel établissement et tres bon restaurant, une carte de vin tres interresante , avec des vins de la région, et un petit déjeuner à tomber .
Le personnel est super gentil et prévenant merci .
30/07/2024: Nous avons testé le menu dégustation dans la cadre d'un repas offert via une Box.
Nous avons été très bien reçus, au téléphone et sur place, bien qu'étant des clients "box" (certains restaurants traitent ces clients comme des "sous-client").
Le repa composé de plusieurs "surprises" en amuse-bouche était un régal.
Le plateau de fromage, fait rare, était juste magnifique en quantité et en qualité.
Les vins servis étaient très ajustés au menu et d'un très bon niveau qualitatif.
Le cadre était très agréable (cour ombragée).
Service impecable : souriant et très rapide.
Très bonne expérience : je recommande vivement !

Warm welcome, we took the menu at 38€ very very good value for money: taton tart with onion and bacon followed by veal and vegetables and for me strips of eggplant stuffed with crab, cockles and mussels with a sauce to die for 🤪 and yes finish on a sweet note of lemon meringue tart >divine with a glass of rosé champagne all with the smile of the staff and courtesy… very nice address 👌👌

19/08/2024: Excellent restaurant gastronomique, qui vaut bien des étoilés ! Finesse et qualité des plats, carte de vins raisonnable, gentillesse du personnel et une terrasse d'été très agréable.
Seul bémol : l'éclairage des tables le soir qui mérite d'être amélioré pour profiter du travail de dressage des assiettes !
La meilleure table entre Toulouse et les Pyrénées !!!

Le personnel est adorable, les goûts et la créativité sont la.

08/08/2024: This restaurant offers not only delicious food, but also high-level service. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had known them for years. Their warm hospitality and Michelin-quality comfort food made us feel right at home. All I can say is go out there and enjoy!

06/09/2024: En montant vers Venaco pour rejoindre notre étape, nous avons traversé le petit village de Vivario... où un panneau avec inscrit "cuisine au brasero" m'a interpellé. Le soir, au moment de choisir un endroit où se restaurer, ce panneau m'est revenu en mémoire. Je n'avais pas noté le nom de l'établissement mais Google Street m'a permis de l'identifier. Déjà au téléphone, lorsque j'ai appelé pour réserver — tardivement de surcroit —, l'accueil fut chaleureux. Impression confirmée sur place ! Nous nous sommes régalés d'une nourriture saine à base de produits régionaux et d'une délicieuse grillade... au braséro donc, cuite de main de maître par Jean-Pierre lui-même et en personne !
06/09/2024: Meat was freshly grilled but unfortunately there was not much beef on the skewer and it wasn't exactly tender either.
Add a few leaves of lettuce and some potatoes.
Together with a 0.25 cola and a double espresso for € 25,-
Staff is nice and the coffee was very good
I travel a lot around the world... I know what an island price is, but I've also eaten cheaper and better on islands... but also worse... So I don't recommend it, but I don't regret it either

15/09/2024: I don't know what l' Cassoulet will be like in other places but I thought this was spectacular, it's the first time we tried it and we loved it, very very delicious. It also has the merit of Nuno, its owner and only employee who runs everything alone, and made communication easier for us because he speaks Spanish and several other languages.
His secret “cooking with a lot of love” is incredible

29/09/2024: Family restaurant highly recommended by our son's colleagues, we were delighted! Cozy atmosphere, high quality food (foie gras to die for), exceptional value for money (serious size of portions) and what can we say about the champagne food pairing! The real plus is meeting a chef who doesn't have a big head: for the first time we've been there he comes to offer you some extra sauce, then the local digestive. Finally, he doesn't hesitate to take you home and stay to talk with you for ten minutes. It is with great pleasure that we made an appointment in December when we return to the region, a visit to the cellar is planned.
