07/11/2025: EUREKA... First time I've managed to book a table. We were familiar with the products in the shop, as well as some of the restaurant's suppliers, as we shop there regularly, but we had never actually dined in the restaurant. The choice was already difficult, as we were tempted by so many things. We opted for the tasting menu at €34. I recommend a light breakfast so you arrive on an empty stomach. A platter of local charcuterie, varied and impressive. Then the meats: the beef was cooked exactly as my former apprentice chef, the head saucier at Café de Paris (MC), taught me. The lamb chops reminded me of the Sisteron lamb I ate as a child. The beef in sauce was flavorful. The desserts were delicious. A menu fit for Gargantua, as Rabelais, the Grand Master of culinary refinement, described him. Nothing more to add, except that the service is always impeccable. It is always easier to book outside of peak season (and outside of weekends).

07/12/2025: I had lunch today for the first time at this small restaurant on the main street. The place is very welcoming, the staff helpful and friendly, and the food I ordered confirmed the positive reviews I've received so far. Recommended

31/12/2025: On December 26, I called from Italy and they accepted my reservation for December 31. When I went there, I found it closed! Luckily, I found a better restaurant nearby.

23/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. Very good food. Warm welcome. The dishes are generous and made with quality ingredients. The tarte flambée menu offers a good selection. It's three tarte flambées per person, and if you can't finish them, you can take them away! A very good place to eat!

11/01/2026: A restaurant that deserves to be talked about. Behind an unassuming facade lies refined cuisine, prepared with care, love, and quality ingredients. And what can I say about the welcome from the manager, who is also the chef, the waiter, the dishwasher... He's everywhere at once, yet manages all the tasks masterfully while remaining extremely friendly and attentive (thank you for the thoughtful touches). Some may find it expensive, but I think it's a fair price for the work involved and the quality of the ingredients used. Let's not forget that the current economic reality forces restaurateurs to charge these prices to survive, while still maintaining the quality of their dishes... A word to the wise. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; thank you for this delightful experience.

10/01/2026: We loved our lunch at Skab. Every single dish was extremely good, balanced, and the flavors layering was impeccable. In fact, we enjoyed food at Skab better than 2-Michelin starred Alma in Lisbon, which was our prior Michelin-starred restaurant experience (almost exactly a year prior). We had the Menu Plaisir. Highly recommended! It was also a nice gesture that the chef-owner Damien Sanchez took the time to visit all the tables and make sure that all his guests were satisfied.

20/02/2026: Excellent find! The ribeye steak was simply incredible: a beautiful cut, perfectly cooked, a real treat. You can taste the talent in the kitchen. Special mention also to the waitress: smiling, attentive, and very pleasant. An address to remember!!!! 🫶🏼

14/02/2026: We went there to celebrate Valentine's Day. The restaurant was welcoming, and the service was excellent. We received a wonderful, friendly welcome, which was lovely. I must especially mention the chef's cuisine. We had a delightful time and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this place. Don't hesitate, go for it!

As for the food, a real treat: very high-quality, flavorful, and generous dishes. Special mention for the cocktails, simply incredible—the Barbie Spritz and the Pink Lady are to die for!
