19/09/2024: I overall enjoyed the experience but gave 3 star for the overall value of money. Atmosphere: room is a little tight and crowded and you often overhear other people's conversation. The ceiling is very low so it does not feel much relaxed. Food: Very nice presentation. The John Donny fish entree is well made. The spider crab starter is bland and somehow does not carry any umami flavor of the crabs, which disappointed me a little bit and seems not worth the additional 15 euros. The Tuna starter is well made and probably the best. It is a little bit off-balance between the portions of starter, entree, and dessert. The portion of the desert seems way bigger than the starter and even bigger than an entree. Service: Good in general. Very attentative. Overall value to for money: 3 star

15/09/2024: Unpretentious, great service, fantastic food. If you are in Lyon, you need to visit this place! We had the Eugenie Brazier menu w wine pairing and every item was wonderful. The spider crab and foie gras were exceptional!

22/09/2024: A good restaurant but nothing more. Very precise and courteous service, food attempts to be elaborate but the dishes are a little confusing. The only valid dish was the turbot. Cost too high for what is offered. Don't go when it's hot because there's no air conditioning upstairs and you'll die!

The welcome is friendly both outside and inside and we are always satisfied with the daily menu or the Savoyard specialties (done House). Besides, it’s better to book because it’s not huge and there are always a lot of people!

24/09/2024: We hebben heerlijk gegeten in dit mooi ingerichte restaurant. Viergangenmenu voor 88 euro pp. Prima bediening en mooi uitgewerkte en smakelijke gerechten. De ster is besteld nu nog enkel opnemen in de Michelin gids.

01/09/2024: Commençons par le positif : Les galettes étaient vraiment copieuses et surtout excellentes, les desserts maisons également. Le tout pour un tarif raisonnable et une attente minime. Par contre, le concept de restaurant participatif est une coquetterie inutile. Il faut mettre la table, choisir et récupérer ses boissons seuls. Pourquoi ? Parce que ça évite du personnel ! Ok, je comprends sauf que mettre 2 couverts et servir 2 boissons, ça prend au bas mot 1 minute. Je ne vois pas du tout en quoi, c'est une charge de travail incompatible pour une seule personne. Florac semble être un lieu assez marqué par une idéologie écolo-gaucho-wokiste, ceci expliquant sûrement cette bizarrerie inutile et déroutante.

01/09/2024: Everest is our favorite restaurant in the region, the welcome is impeccable, the restaurant is very classy without being flashy, and the cuisine is just perfect, we have since time taken a look at the various menus, dishes, starters and desserts and everything is excellent. The price is very reasonable since everything is homemade.

05/09/2024: I visited this restaurant and was really surprised. All of the dishes were exquisite, and I felt that they brought out the original flavors of the ingredients to the fullest. It goes especially well with wine, and I couldn't help but smile at the rich flavor that spread through my mouth. The atmosphere inside the store was very comfortable and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. It was a wonderful experience that made me want to come back again, as I could feel the chef's dedication and passion in each dish. This restaurant is a place where you can rediscover the joy of food. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
