08/07/2025: This restaurant/dance bar is a place we used to go almost every weekend with our group of girls. Last time, we were treated like dogs at a bowling alley. The table was too small for 12 people. The stools were taken by the tables next to us, so half of us ended up standing. The waitress sneered at us when we started looking for other seats. We stayed anyway, as it was one of our birthdays, but I won't be going back. People want to make money at all costs while neglecting everything else: hospitality, service, etc.

27/11/2025: In the hustle and bustle of Châtelet, this tavern is a welcome respite, offering a great atmosphere, good beers, good burgers, and impeccable service. A sure bet among the hundred or so establishments in the area!

27/11/2025: Lunch update, because a promise is a promise...check out this piece of beef!! Otherwise, I tasted several new, characterful beers...but I can't be bothered to list them all!! 🤣🤣 My review is about a little aperitif I had before heading home for lunch, and I was very happy to be back at this place I used to go to before Covid. Despite its English name, this is truly a beer bar that works with excellent craft breweries...including the superb Brasserie Fauve (a real treat, as it's very difficult to work with them). In the photo, although it's a pretty Fauve glass, it's actually an excellent NE.IPA from The Piggy (which I wasn't familiar with), chosen on the bartender's recommendation. I'd forgotten how great this place was...and I just discovered you can go even late morning...that's nice before heading home to eat a basic stir-fry...I can't wait to come back and try some other beers!! ☺️☺️

07/12/2025: Restaurant owners complain about the lack of customers, but when you come in: "Oh, it's just for a coffee" (which costs over 5 euros for a capsule and water). It should be quick, and then you'll be outside. To that, I want to tell them: stop whining about losing customers and go straight to the unemployment office; it'll be faster.

24/10/2024: We visited this summer. And it was a real pleasure to stay in this gîte. The owners are very kind and gave us a very warm welcome. The homemade meal was a treat and the chestnut/apple kir humm! We met some great people there while participating in the pétanque game where we had a great time. I recommend this peaceful and warm place! We will return with pleasure The little ones!😆 The Alvarez family
