22/09/2026: Superb traditional French cuisine. Fairly priced with nice wine. The French onion soup was to die for. The portions are on the larger side but that’s no criticism, it was extremely tasty and a pleasure to enjoy so close to the Eiffel Tower yet it wasn’t touristy. I’d highly recommend a visit.

08/09/2026: Everything is great. We park in the parking lot, go to the restaurant, order dinner, pay for parking. Nice people work in the restaurant, everything is very tasty and atmospheric. Every time I drive by here, I park here

21/09/2026: Excellent service, very warm atmosphere from the french locals. If you do NOT speak french do not be shy ask customers if someone can translate for you because WiFi is in scare supply. The food is exquisite for the price, I recommend the "salade gourmande" it's a sale with little amount of lettuce and a BIG amount of duck breast for 9.50€. the aperitif were really cheap and really good for a fair amount of alcohol only 3.50€. The menu is very cost effective changing everyday with a starter, a meal, a plate of cheese and a dessert for only 17.50€. even if only visit neighbouring town I recommend this restaurant just for the generousness of every plate.

21/09/2026: Incredibly good, great value for money, we recommend the gourmet room at €9.50 and the 4-course menu for €17.50. Drinks are very reasonably priced at €3.50 for an aperitif.

04/09/2026: A very pleasant stay at this hotel, nestled in a verdant and refreshing setting with its pond and swimming pool. The welcome was very warm; arriving early from the train station after two weeks on the Camino de Santiago, we were immediately given an impeccably clean room and helpful advice for exploring Mont-de-Marsan. Dinner, served on the terrace overlooking the pond in a truly serene atmosphere, was delicious, with excellent service. Kudos to the staff for their outstanding service and exceptional attentiveness.

02/09/2026: For organizing a large family event...the meals were delicious and beautifully presented, the staff were competent and very pleasant, and the atmosphere was wonderful (personalized music was provided, a screen was loaned for a slideshow, and a poster board was available...). From the aperitif to the Champagne...everything was perfect. Thank you to all the staff, from reception to the dining room and kitchen. I highly recommend them!!

25/08/2026: A wonderful discovery during our vacation We discovered the Auberge Sainte Catherine in Foussais-Payré during our vacation and had a fantastic time. The welcome was truly warm and friendly, with a helpful and attentive staff. The setting is lovely, with the typical atmosphere of a traditional inn, which immediately creates a relaxed and pleasant ambiance. As for the food, we were very pleasantly surprised. The dishes were of very high quality, beautifully presented, and above all, delicious, with ingredients that seemed carefully selected. You can tell that the cooking is done with passion and a desire to offer something of quality without going overboard. Another excellent point: the value for money. For around €35 ​​per person, we had a very good meal, which seems perfectly reasonable considering the quality offered. We therefore recommend this place without hesitation if you are passing through the Foussais-Payré area. This is exactly the kind of restaurant we love to discover on vacation: simple, warm, friendly, and with excellent food. We'll gladly return if we're ever back in the area! 😊 ⭐ A truly wonderful place to discover!

17/09/2026: We couldn't eat there because we didn't get the table we had reserved (which would have also had room for our dog). The unreasonable waiter would have seated us at a table for two right next to the walkway. The restaurant was at most half full at the time, and even two hours later there weren't any more people! Unbelievable!
