18/04/2026: I received a very warm welcome; all the staff were smiling and professional. The meal was very generous and delicious. I couldn't finish my chicken in cream sauce, topped with Comté cheese – it was a real treat! The kind waitress put it in a box for me to take home. Daniel thoroughly enjoyed the frogs' legs. The cuisine is inventive, fresh, and beautifully showcases seasonal produce. Special mention goes to the presentation of the dishes, which is worthy of a top restaurant. It has become our go-to spot in the neighborhood. Go without hesitation!"

20/12/2025: Don't let the rather dated decor put you off. Friendly welcome. The homemade foie gras, prawn risotto, and profiteroles were very good. Slightly overpriced.

14/04/2026: Dinner on the evening of April 14th with my partner. A perfect meal; the burgers were generous and very filling. A special mention for the owner: she manages the service and the kitchen professionally and with passion. She is welcoming, warm, and incredibly kind. Don't be fooled by the street or the location; this restaurant truly stands out from the competition. It's not a fast-food place. It's a real burger restaurant.

03/05/2026: My friends and I went to La Souillarde hoping to have a nice time during our annual vacation. What a disappointment it was… it was a culinary disaster! First, a fly (according to the waitress) landed under a goat cheese toast. Then, a hair appeared in the truffade… which was paired with a cheap slice of raw ham, probably from a supermarket. Furthermore, a €26 ribeye steak that was nothing like a ribeye. Just fat, sinew, and it wasn't cooked properly… in short, inedible. We also ordered a glass of red wine, which we weren't given a choice of, and it arrived at the table without any further explanation… In short, we could also mention the frozen desserts and the waitress's complete lack of concern for all these problems, but it's best to leave it at that. We do not recommend this restaurant.

The meal was simply delicious; everything is homemade: the fries, gratins, apple tarts... I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be back. It's a welcome change from restaurants that often serve frozen food.
