25/09/2025: Incredible restaurant with cuisine like almost no other. All-you-can-eat starter buffet, choice of two main courses, cheeses, and desserts. Everything is homemade and excellent. I recommend it. The entrance from the road doesn't look like much, but the interior is an incredible surprise when you sit down at your table.

08/03/2026: We're in France and we're going to an English pub for lunch... you know what I mean. I'll cut to the chase: the bartender who greets you at the door is very friendly, and the Italian waiter they serve us is kind and helpful. I had an entrecote cuisine rare with Saint George sauce, truly remarkable like few others. It's very hot in the place, but the quality/price ratio is worth a visit.

13/03/2026: I ordered the daily special this Thursday. Ribs with ketchup, fries, and a few diced vegetables. Honestly, it wasn't good at all! The meat was incredibly greasy! Ribs or not? The sauce was so-so; where was the ketchup? The fries were awful! The vegetables had no flavor. In short, disappointing!

09/03/2026: Good evening, I am writing to express my profound disappointment following my visit to your establishment today, accompanied by a friend. The welcome was simply unpleasant, even shocking. Upon arrival, we were served by a waiter displaying unacceptable arrogance, rushing us to choose with inappropriate humor bordering on vulgarity. Subsequently, the young waitresses' attitude was equally disrespectful: no greeting, no polite greeting, cold stares, a curt tone of "what do you want?", with absolutely no sense of service or consideration for the customers. The situation deteriorated further when it came time to pay. We waited nearly ten minutes at the counter while a waiter, clearly unconcerned, laughed with his colleague without even looking at us. When he finally deigned to speak to us, it was with a condescending tone: "Do you want to pay?" — a completely unacceptable attitude. I am a loyal customer in the Île-de-France region, particularly at the Enghien location, and unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've encountered such a lack of professionalism. However, tonight's experience was particularly deplorable. I sincerely regret staying until the end, and even paying the bill. It is urgent that your staff be reminded of the basics of the profession: respect, politeness, a sense of service, and professionalism. As things stand, it is inconceivable to treat customers in this manner. For my friend and me, this will unfortunately be the last time at your establishment.

09/03/2026: We came today and what a pleasure! I've been before, and my partner was there for the first time. His first words upon leaving were, "I really appreciate the welcome." The waitress (a young blonde woman) was very pleasant and smiling—in short, absolutely fantastic. And the manager—sorry, I don't have a name—was more than amazing, and what can I say about his cappuccino with a heart?! 😂😂😂😂 If you're looking for a cool place with a great welcome, a good atmosphere, and a lovely team... just walk through the door of L'Office in Enghien. Having already had lunch and dinner there several times, it's truly top-notch; there's absolutely nothing to criticize about this establishment. We will definitely be back.
