26/05/2026: Excellent service. Great atmosphere. Food: The snails were fantastic, the drinks beautifully presented and delicious. The quiche was great, the pork knuckle was as ordered, but not quite to my taste. The potatoes on the side should have been much crispier.
Would gladly come again.

18/09/2025: Bakery/café with some variety in its products. I didn't like the coffee with milk (from an electronic machine). The pastries were good. They have enough types of bread. The prices are reasonable. The service was decent. The place is small.

25/05/2026: 2 PM... and a huge craving for coffee. One of the bars in Les Estables opens at 3:30 PM. Another turns us away. No coffee during service... The owner of Le Passadou welcomes us with a big smile.

29/05/2026: We really enjoyed this restaurant. Friendly and direct service. Wide selection on the daily menu. Something for everyone. Despite the heat and the unexpected crowds, there was still a moment to chat about the Pineau, which was then offered as dessert. Very thoughtful! We enjoyed our meals here for two days with a nice glass of wine. This restaurant is an unexpected gem. Cool inside or on the shady terrace. We will definitely be back.

14/06/2026: The food wasn't too bad, especially the kidneys. The cordon bleu was enormous, but the waitress treated you like a six-week-old rabbit. What a shame! Go elsewhere and head to the restaurant in the tower; the service is vastly different.

The Bäckeoffe was okay and lactose- and gluten-free.
