20/10/2024: Discovered the restaurant for my birthday, and it was a great discovery! The decor is sober and pretty, friendly and intimate, the dishes are tasty and well prepared. In short, only positives! A great discovery, and I will happily return!

Classic French cuisine: moules in a tasty sauce, pintade (Guinea fowl) and crème brûlée.
Would certainly visit again.

03/09/2024: We had dinner at Le Bistro Volney last Sunday, it was very busy, the food was excellent and there was plenty of wine to choose from. The Maitre d has very good English and could explain the menue. I was feeling very hot during the meal and they were able to move us to a table by the entrance. If you go on a Sunday I'd recommend booking in advance.

28/07/2024: A marvel, a very pleasant setting, the welcome and the attentive waitresses without being oppressive. Excellent cuisine, you can taste the fresh produce cooked with precision, both in terms of flavors and cooking, and a wide choice of drinks. The chef who is the boss comes to see you during the meal to ask if everything is okay and to chat a little, I have rarely seen that. It's a real traditional restaurant and a delight. Special mention to the incredible gourmet coffee, snails and smoked salmon whet the appetite, beef fillet with pepper sauce (please eat the blue cheese, it's divine) and scallops with maître d'hôtel butter are so good. THANKS

Serveuse hautaine ( jalouse de ma femme )qui se prend pour la patronne .
Pourtant la patron est très sympathique .
La cuisine est la même depuis 10 ans (manque d envie ou de connaissance )
J y retourne juste car le patron est tres sympathique et chaleureux
Dommage qu il m’y est pas de pilote dans l avion

24/09/2024: We went there this afternoon with my partner and I highly recommend it! The waiter and waitress are super pleasant and really attentive, the cook is passionate about his job, you can feel it in the dishes which are superbly presented but also absolutely excellent!!! It’s a shame that we’re only here for the holidays because I would love to come every week!!

05/09/2024: A very nice discovery this lunchtime, the service is very pleasant, a menu with 3 dishes to choose from with unbeatable value for money and beautiful plates that are as tasty as they are beautiful. A more than breathtaking choice of desserts at a reasonable price with the possibility of a cheese plate directly from the cheese stop not far away, in short a treat, a sure value from Brest where we will happily return!
23/08/2024: Very happy with this first experience in this restaurant, the menu is original, the dishes are good and affordable. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Small downside: there was a little too much coriander in the beef tataki for my taste.
