13/05/2026: On the beach of L'Île-Rousseau, one restaurant follows another – so how do you choose? Where should you go? We walked the entire length of the promenade, and A Siesta stood out. From the outside, it gave a high-quality impression, the tables weren't too close together, and a clear and concise menu drew us in. We were greeted warmly, and the staff immediately offered us a table without asking if we wanted to order food. It's worth noting that there are some establishments that only accept customers ordering food or drinks. We ordered still water and told the server what dishes we would likely order, relying on their wine recommendation. A few moments later, chilled water, two glasses of white wine, and a small bowl of olives with fresh baguette arrived at our table. When ordering our food, the server kindly explained that the fish would be brought to the table and weighed in the kitchen after we had made our selections. The weight would be confirmed beforehand, and we would be asked if it was acceptable. We found this very good, as there was absolutely no misunderstanding. For the side dishes, we had a choice of several options and opted for grilled seasonal vegetables. As a starter, we ordered mussels, which arrived at our table within a few minutes. The staff frequently checked on us and asked if we were satisfied. The grilled fish was brought to the table whole and demonstrated, then disappeared back into the kitchen and was beautifully presented on our plates with the side dishes. Both the mussels and the sea bass were excellent. The wine paired perfectly with the meal. Thank you again for the recommendation and the wonderful service from all the staff! All in all, we would recommend this restaurant to everyone and would gladly return anytime – a clear 5-star rating, as anything more is simply not possible. 👍🏻

22/04/2026: Self-service snack bar - conveniently located on the slopes, I really liked the food (panini and soup), the prices are good, because elsewhere in Megeve it is quite expensive.

30/03/2026: A sure bet! Wonderful and pleasant breaks throughout the winter. Attentive, friendly, quick, and efficient staff. Delicious, well-presented, and flavorful dishes. There's something for everyone and every budget! I highly recommend it. Thank you for this winter, see you next year!

14/05/2026: This was our favourite spot in Paris for dinner. The duck leg was cooked to crispy and tender perfection, and the roasted potatoes were immaculate. Their desserts were all so delicious, mainly the crème brûlée and the forchette. I enjoyed how local it felt, and it was really nice to people watch. The staff were all so lovely and kind, would definitely recommend this place to everyone. A must when you’re in the area!

27/05/2026: The ambiance was fantastic! 👍 The subtle aroma of incense as soon as I entered was soothing and calming, which I loved! It was very quiet, perfect for a date. I ordered the tigre qui pleure, which wasn't spicy, and the Thai sauce was tangy. I could hear people speaking Thai in the kitchen, so it must be authentic Thai food!

27/05/2026: Ivan took great care of us for our last meal of our french vacation. Ivan provided hospitality and service that made the night special. Each course was delicious and all four of us samples all parts of the menu and each entré, plat and dessert were mouth watering. We are recommending Hugo to our friends that visit regularly.

04/11/2025: A very warm welcome, the service is efficient and quick without ever feeling rushed. They regularly ask if everything is alright and if you're satisfied. This is so rare. An almost exceptional find in the highly touristic setting of La Grande Motte, even out of season. The dishes are beautifully presented, generously portioned, and delicious. As for the view, you're right on the beach, and the road is very quiet, at least at this time of year. A place you absolutely must discover.

22/03/2026: The five-course tasting menu with wine pairing is more than enough. The dishes are exquisite and well-prepared. The staff's professionalism and warmth are outstanding. The interior design is also quite nice.

13/03/2026: I had a truly wonderful time at the Park Hyatt Vendôme. It was an even more memorable experience, especially thanks to Chef Narae Kim, who is in charge of the desserts. While the taste and craftsmanship of the desserts were excellent, what impressed me most was that she personally explained each dish in Korean. Being able to hear detailed explanations in Korean in an unfamiliar place made me feel much more comfortable enjoying the desserts. It felt even more special to be able to eat while understanding the ingredients and the intentions behind each dish. Each dessert was delicate and well-balanced, and the plating was also very beautiful. I could clearly feel the combination of ingredients and the layers of flavor, which showed me why the desserts at the Park Hyatt Vendôme receive such high praise. I would like to thank Chef Narae for her kind service and warm welcome. If I come back to Paris, this is a place I definitely want to visit again.

15/05/2026: A wonderful discovery yesterday at lunchtime, during my first visit to this very welcoming restaurant. Quality dishes, excellent advice... Here, you're not rushed; you have time to enjoy your aperitif without worrying about your main course arriving within two minutes. Thank you again for the attentive and kind service... Truly a wonderful find... I highly recommend it.
