22/04/2026: I'm a regular at Le Vingtième and to be honest, I've never been disappointed by this place, whether it's the brasserie, the restaurant, or even the bar. The same goes for the tobacco shop. The team at Le Vingtième is fantastic and very attentive. Expect a lovely, family atmosphere! I highly recommend it!

28/04/2026: It has a lively atmosphere, a bit loud and very local in style. The food is classic Lyonnaise, hearty and straightforward. Not fine dining at all, just an old-school city spot where you eat properly.

27/04/2026: The restaurant we were looking for when we came to Lyon. Traditional, typical, we weren't disappointed. Everything was delicious: the decor, the staff, and especially the generous portions. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

11/05/2026: We've been several times, but hadn't been for a year. I came back a little disappointed that the dishes were practically the same as a year ago, something we'd already noticed before: two meat dishes, two fish dishes, two burgers, two salads... or perhaps we just weren't coming at the right time. I understand the limited variety since everything is homemade, but there was less food on the plate. For the first time, I left feeling unsatisfied. My fish dish, for example, only came with three asparagus spears, a small tomato, and a pepper sauce. The choice of side dishes is limited. The chef is still very talented, but the menu needs to change more often, and the side dishes should be more generous.

21/04/2026: What a wonderful discovery! This charming storefront hides a beautifully appointed, shaded terrace with plenty of character. A very welcoming atmosphere in a lovely vintage setting; the staff are pleasant, polite, and helpful. A varied menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients. The dishes are original and blend perfectly. All this at prices that reflect the quality and quantity. A must-try!

14/04/2026: Perhaps we were just unlucky, but it was the worst restaurant we've ever been to in France! The appetizers (onion tart) were completely burnt on the bottom. The topping itself, however, was delicious. The meat for the main course was ordered cooked to perfection and was also burnt (bitter!) and incredibly tough. No one asked if we enjoyed our meal or why we left almost everything on our plates… The desserts (two kinds of tart) were so stale that you could only cut the crust with a knife and fork. But: The included wine was delicious :-)
