25/09/2026: Another excellent evening at La Belle Époque! We were already familiar with the place, but once again, we weren't disappointed. It's truly a charming spot, with a lovely view of the Palais Beaumont and a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. And above all, the staff are incredibly attentive. Each time, we receive a very warm welcome, with lots of thoughtful touches that are truly appreciated. When it got chilly, they offered to let us in if we were cold, and as it was starting to get dark on the terrace, they even brought us a small lamp so we could continue enjoying our evening outside. And what can we say about the menus? Always delicious and well-crafted. The cuisine perfectly complements the pleasant setting and warm welcome. It's exactly these kinds of thoughtful touches that make you want to come back. We highly recommend this place. We'll be back with great pleasure!

02/09/2026: What a joy to stumble upon this restaurant while strolling down Rue Mercière! La Mère Cottivet was our favorite bouchon when we lived in Lyon several years ago. It used to be in the Cordeliers district, and when we wanted to go there one day while passing through Lyon, it was gone, and we thought it had closed for good. Anyway… I'm getting carried away with my memories, let's get back to the point: The best Lyonnais bouchon there is, that hasn't changed! Deliciously authentic cuisine, a warm atmosphere, and on top of that, exceptional service! Thank you to Hadrien (with an "H") for this delightful experience, perfect in every way, and for his incredible sense of service. He perfectly embodies the spirit of the place ☺️

14/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at "Chez chez Jean Marc" restaurant, and the meal was delicious! 😜 His wife was very accommodating regarding my gluten-free diet. And Jean Marc made me a gluten-free dessert, baked especially for me. That had never happened to me before… I'm more used to watching others enjoy their desserts. A huge thank you to you both for your warm welcome, which is so heartwarming and is becoming increasingly rare these days… please keep up your good humor, which delighted us as much as your delicious food. I highly recommend going to Jean Marc's! ☘️

16/09/2026: On a getaway to Etretat... we stopped at this restaurant which, to my great surprise, was a place of warm welcome... no reservation needed and the wait to be served was perfectly reasonable... the galettes were generously filled and delicious... I highly recommend this restaurant, being a former chef... I offer my humble respect... we will definitely be back soon... you'll recognize me... I sign C.N.

05/10/2026: We had the absolute pleasure of dinning at this fine restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The ambiance was warm, the service by Grégoire was impeccable and the food was absolutely superb! I wish we had known about this restaurant sooner. I would have gone multiple times.

25/06/2026: Super lovely hotel and restaurant. To go to the restaurant is highly recommended. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Also, would recommend to get the breakfast, which was very good with lots of variety. It is very difficult to find full breakfast restaurant opened in the morning, and the hotel breakfast is right on spot and right on time.

12/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Briançon! A truly wonderful discovery, both for its unique, mountain-inspired decor and for the delicious food on the menu. To start, a generous charcuterie board that perfectly met our expectations. We then continued with a fondue worthy of a true mountain meal, rich and comforting! The tartiflette was equally impressive: generous, flavorful, and perfect for warming the heart at the end of summer. 🏔️ And to finish this meal in style, an exquisite crème brûlée, perfectly fulfilling our expectations. A special mention also goes to the waiter: jovial, playful, and relaxed, he fully contributes to the restaurant's atmosphere and brings that friendly, family feel that makes the place so charming. In short, here you'll find the mountain spirit that people come to Briançon for: conviviality, a warm setting, and above all, excellent food. +1 for the excellent génépi served free as a digestif! 16/09/2026: A truly wonderful discovery that more than deserves its 5 stars! Everything was excellent from start to finish. A special mention goes to the kitchen staff for the quality and skill of the dishes. The ingredients are excellent, the cooking perfectly executed, and the portions as generous as they are delicious 😍 I was particularly impressed by the meat, especially the duck breast; it had been a very long time since I'd eaten one so good! Perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful meat… a real treat! The value for money is truly excellent, and the setting is simply splendid, making the experience even more enjoyable. The front-of-house staff are also very welcoming, smiling, attentive, and take excellent care of us throughout the meal. A superb experience, both in terms of the food and the service and ambiance. We will definitely be back. You can go without hesitation; I recommend it 100%!

30/08/2026: After a short hike up Pic Saint-Loup, it was time for dinner, and we stopped at this restaurant, which I would describe as "exceptional." The fantastic manager made room for seven of us without a reservation. The service was excellent and very friendly, the meal was generous and high-quality, everything was fresh, and it showed in the presentation. The homemade dessert was a must-try! Thank you to all the wonderful staff! 👏 See you very soon!
