24/05/2026: Today, I'm not giving my opinion on the restaurant itself, but on the exceptionally kind staff. My uncle, an elderly man, had been lost since morning. We found him completely disoriented and dehydrated in front of this restaurant. They didn't hesitate to help us, giving us water, a bottle of something, and sugar free of charge, and even came back to check on us and ask if we needed anything while waiting for the ambulance. Unfortunately, I haven't eaten there yet, but it looks delicious, and it's made me want to go, if only to return the favor. A thousand thanks again for this kindness!

23/05/2026: So, I just needed to use the restroom because I was in the park next door (being a woman, I have needs), and unfortunately, the park's restrooms were out of order. I politely asked to use the restroom and offered to buy a drink in return. I was treated incredibly rudely: "No, we're not a bar, you have an electric scooter, it's not possible" (it was 7 pm, no one was there yet, it wasn't bothering anyone)! They were so dishonest! The service was terrible! I would never go there again. They were completely unhelpful.

08/06/2026: I had the opportunity to discover Le Couvent des Minimes during a dinner at its Michelin-starred restaurant, and the experience was remarkable. The setting is simply sublime, one of the most beautiful establishments I have ever visited. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Dinner was a truly delightful discovery, with refined cuisine that cleverly blends the influences of Burgundy and Provence. The flavor combinations were original and offered wonderful gastronomic discoveries. The only slight point to note: several dishes featured very pronounced flavors of anise, fennel, and tarragon. Those who appreciate these flavors will undoubtedly enjoy them, but it's best to have a taste for them to fully appreciate the menu. A truly wonderful experience in an exceptional setting, which I highly recommend.

19/05/2026: The setting is spectacular and the design is superb (Jean Nouvel), the food is of very good quality, and the price is quite reasonable. However, I had made a tentative reservation for 13 people, but I confirmed 24 hours in advance by email and phone that there would only be 12 of us. I had to insist heavily to avoid being charged for the missing person. They even offered to bring the dish to the table so we could share it! This was so impolite, and it's the first time I've encountered this problem. It often happens that a guest (even for business lunches) cancels at the last minute, whereas in our case, we took the trouble to let them know! I was "offered" the menu—they didn't "offer" a tip for this reason.

A restaurant worthy of a Michelin star, with impeccable service—neither too fast nor too slow—a truly lovely waitress, and dishes that were all equally delicious from appetizer to dessert, both in taste and presentation 😋🤩 Truly, bravo to the chef! 🙏 All this in a very pleasant setting 🌸 We will definitely return with pleasure

23/05/2026: Very disappointed. The website and menu online look promising and make you want to cross all of Puteaux from top to bottom to have dinner. ANCV recommended this restaurant, which accepts holiday vouchers. Upon arrival, I asked if they accepted holiday vouchers, and I was told yes, with a minimum spend of €20, and I could even use my entire book of vouchers if I wanted, the waiter jokingly told me as he seated me. Ultimately, when the bill arrived, it was a maximum of €20 in holiday vouchers, and anything over that would be by credit card or cash only. As for the starter (tomato and borage): decent, simple. The medium-rare beef burger I ordered was replaced with a chicken burger: incredibly bland. Adding avocado to mediocre fried chicken just didn't have any flavor at all. The homemade mayonnaise was tasteless, a slightly translucent, uniform white, not creamy, and not flavorful either. Even on a piece of bread, the bread had more flavor. The bourbon vanilla ice cream: I have serious doubts about the bourbon flavor, as it was a uniform white ice cream that tasted only of sugar and had no creaminess whatsoever. The owner offered to replace my burger, but I declined because I'd already eaten more than a quarter of it. However, I would have appreciated it if the server had apologized for his mistake (I'm a server myself). In short, my first and definitely last experience! Especially since it's the first time I've ever had more than two €10 checks refused, even though I was told when I was seated that I could use the entire checkbook if I wanted. Honestly, the only enjoyable thing I did was the bourrata appetizer, which was flavorful and creamy (the tomato pieces were tasteless). For the price, one would expect better quality.

10/05/2026: Overall, a fairly satisfactory experience at this restaurant. On the positive side: the location (a former train station) is charming with a lovely storefront; the baked egg and mashed potatoes were very good; the bread served was excellent and fresh; the aperitif cocktails were good, and we were served complimentary appetizers; the chalkboard menu is quite varied, even though there are no vegetarian options; the dishes are served quickly, and the service is pleasant. However, there are areas for improvement: only one red wine is offered by the glass or carafe, which is a shame; the menu doesn't fully detail what is served (in particular, some side dishes are not listed on the menu or when ordering); regarding the main courses, the zucchini with burrata as a starter lacked flavor and seasoning; the scallop casserole wasn't great, with overcooked rice; the rump steak was rather tough but still tasty. The andouillette was good, but it would have been nice to have some vegetables or greens on the side in addition to the mashed potatoes. Overall, a good restaurant with a few things to improve.

The menu was clearly explained, and our orders were taken quickly. The dishes were delicious, well-prepared, and quite refined without being over the top. The staff were attentive, smiling, and helpful—a very pleasant experience. We had a very enjoyable time. We were in a hurry at the end, and everything was done to ensure we could leave as quickly as possible. A truly excellent experience, highly recommended!

12/04/2026: It had been two years since my last visit, but the service is consistently high-quality. There are five to eight options for each course. I had foie gras, creamy scallops with celery and mixed vegetables, followed by a crispy apple and salted caramel. Everything was delicious. A wonderful experience.
