11/12/2025: I don't know if it's the best cassoulet around, but we certainly enjoyed it. The excellent explanations about its preparation allowed us to fully appreciate it. The specialty was served in a piping hot casserole dish, the beans were very flavorful, and the meats were delicious. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere vibrant with an exhibition by a local artist, but the bill was a bit high. It doesn't matter when you know that this same cassoulet is also enjoyed in Chicago... A great experience.

07/12/2024: Noon for just over twenty euros: a very good cod in an artichoke crust with vegetables (dish of the day) followed by a successful floating island (dessert). Everything was good. On the other hand, I found my white wine by the glass to be both aggressive and harsh. I saw and heard that there were regulars there that day, which is always a good sign, and the chef came to take a look around the room.
