21/07/2026: We stumbled upon the new crêperie on the square: a real pleasure to visit this restaurant.
The crêpes and galettes are exceptional, and the ingredients are of very high quality; it's a welcome change from the standard crêperies near the town hall square!
We came as a family and will be back very soon with our colleagues.

03/10/2025: I had a fantastic solo dinner here. The chef/owner was so accommodating and made some great recommendations. I had foie gras to start and asked about what wine pairing to have. He said ideally a sweet wine but since it was a starter I opted for a rosé instead - however, when he brought out the foie gras, he also brought out a little pour of some sweet wine which was a lovely touch!
Definitely recommend, it's a little out of the main area but that makes it even better!

It's a very pleasant place.
The welcome is friendly.
I recommend it without hesitation.
Note that it's best to book in advance to get a table on the terrace.
21/07/2026: Always excellent, from the food to the welcome and service! Marie-Pierre recommended a wine pairing that perfectly complemented the dishes! We will of course book again on our next visit to Les Sables d'Olonne.
