10/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly. The food was delicious and the ingredients were high quality. The duck was cooked to perfection. The desserts were also very good.
To those who complain about the limited menu: I see it as a sign of quality, and there's still plenty of choice.
The atmosphere was very pleasant and the decor was lovely.
The best restaurant I've been to in Pau.

07/12/2025: It's a lovely restaurant, with only a few tables, but in a unique cave setting. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is frankly excellent. The value for money is unbeatable. It's certainly the only affordable restaurant in Saint-Émilion! Great atmosphere, good food, good prices, friendly waitress—what more could you ask for! I highly recommend it.

On their website, everything is specified: the location, access, menu prices and drinks list, wines are present. So, no surprises on the price paid.
A very nice address that I recommend!!

21/11/2024: A very good time shared with family. The food was excellent from start to finish. Even the children had fun. The service was top notch and we were able to chat well with the chef at the end of the service.

I remain perplexed by this curious response, to say the least.
This is the first time that this argument has been proposed to me!

05/01/2025: A little (very) late, here I am trying to catch up to describe our experience in August for a short stay in this Hotel in Belcastel. The location is I believe the main asset, because right opposite the castle and the old bridge. And it is also possible to go hiking. Breakfast along the river with this panorama is a moment of pure happiness, the room very functional and pleasant, the small parking lot, and of course the restaurant which well deserves its star. We will come back to it!
