In the future, if you have the opportunity, it would be greatly appreciated by your customers if you could change the address of your restaurant. I suspect this isn't necessarily feasible. 19/09/2026: A fantastic discovery! La Chouette in Cernay la Ville is definitely worth a visit. It's a place where everything comes together: a pleasant setting, a warm atmosphere, a top-notch welcome, and above all, excellent cuisine. The dishes are carefully prepared, generous, and bursting with flavor. But a special mention goes to the ambiance, the quality of the artists, and the show! Special thanks to the team led by Tony, who are always smiling, professional, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, a place I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will gladly return. 👌 Bravo to the entire team at La Chouette! 🦉❤️

07/07/2026: A traditional restaurant, they serve classic raclette all year round! Perfect for tourists who don't want to leave without trying raclette, even if it's not raclette season. The style is rustic (not super comfortable, but worth it!).

29/06/2026: We stopped by with family who were visiting Paris. Despite the heatwave, the homemade dishes were excellent and perfectly suited to the weather, especially the cherry tart. And above all, we received a wonderful and warm welcome from the mother and daughter who work there.

12/07/2026: We had an extraordinary evening with friends, under the watchful eye of the chef (and his wife) who worked in the kitchen opposite the private dining room reserved for us. A wonderful culinary journey, the discovery of refined flavors, a perfect food and wine pairing following the recommendations we received. A very warm and welcoming reception. Many memories of this unforgettable experience. For us, who were already familiar with the "Burnel Sisters" hotel-restaurant, a well-known local establishment, this is the continuation of a beautiful family adventure; the Michelin star is a well-deserved reward for the impressive development of this establishment. Surely a first step towards other accolades to come… Highly recommended and well worth a visit.
