Unfortunately, the prices are VERY high. The waiters are friendly.
12/04/2026: An excellent experience at Bistrot de Paris since 1965.
The dishes were simply exquisite – from the appetizer to the dessert, a true delight for the taste buds. The service was impeccable: professional, warm, and always ready to help. An address I highly recommend; I will gladly return!

09/03/2026: We had a lovely time in this friendly restaurant this Sunday, March 8th, with the sun shining. We ate outside; the menu was simple but excellent, the price very reasonable, and the waitress was friendly and pleasant. We had a very good time and will be back.
07/02/2026: Excellent meal, delicious cocktails, a fine selection of wines and beers, and the appetizers were flavorful and generous. The main course was a delight; the meat was of excellent quality, perfectly cooked—truly a 10/10. We finished with a very indulgent dessert, the portion size was perfect.
Many thanks for the warm welcome and service; we had a wonderful time.

27/03/2026: I had an absolutely fantastic time at Restaurant Le Silex in Colmar! From the warm welcome and chic bistro atmosphere, you know you're in for a wonderful culinary experience. The cuisine is authentic, generous, and perfectly executed—and their homemade cordon bleu is simply extraordinary: tender, flavorful, and prepared with true expertise!
Highly recommended!

13/03/2026: So, two things.
I had fish and chips: three pieces of cod loin and homemade fries.
Very good, and the portion size might seem small, but with three pieces of fish, it's perfect! 👌
As for the price, it's €19.
Expensive, but honestly, it's fish, not chicken...
So I'll go back from time to time because in the neighborhood, a flank steak and fries costs the same.
I recommend it if you want good fish and chips!

A great find!
Very pleasant staff and quick service. Especially enjoyable when you have a show in the background.
The only downside is that the chairs and tables are showing their age a bit, and the storefront could use a little freshening up!
Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

01/04/2026: Simple food done well. Fish soup with rouille was absolutely spot on. Country pate super rustic, not too salty. Wait staff really friendly and attentive.

We stopped by at 4 pm on a Sunday and what a pleasant surprise to find a crêperie open at that hour! 🙌 The galettes are made with seasonal vegetables, very fresh and expertly prepared – you can taste the difference. A warm welcome, carefully prepared food, and quality ingredients: we'll definitely be back!
