The welcome was warm and courteous, and the service was provided by a particularly attentive, responsive waiter who was genuinely concerned about the guests' well-being. The bread is excellent and deserves special mention. We opted for the tasting menu, which was perfectly crafted, with a succession of courses including a starter, fish, meat, cheese, and dessert. Each plate was generously portioned, the ingredients were high-quality, and the cooking was flawless. The entire meal was a true pleasure from beginning to end. This restaurant combines conviviality, professionalism, and gastronomic excellence. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

17/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in Spéracèdes: a very warm welcome, efficient service, and a beautiful terrace with a sea view where we had lunch. We enjoyed excellent rum, lemon, and passion fruit cocktails as an aperitif, followed by delicious mussels and fries. We also had two delightful desserts: tiramisu and a warm, homemade, slightly underbaked cookie with a scoop of ice cream. All this was accompanied by two lovely glasses of white wine. We will definitely be back.

05/05/2026: Good intentions don't always translate into good execution. I could write a long paragraph about this, starting with the language barrier, then the "advanced tour" with 30 seconds of canter and zero trot, which didn't even last two hours instead of the booked three and a half, and finally the fact that we didn't even get the right address because the one in the email, as well as the one online, was wrong. But to put it simply: for locals, it's probably a great experience, but for tourists or anyone who doesn't speak French, it's not. Friendly people and beautiful grounds, but that's about it. All in all, very disappointing and not worth the money.
