The ingredients were fresh, the service impeccable, and a special mention goes to the chef who runs the kitchen single-handedly and manages everything masterfully. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the welcome was warm. We highly recommend it.

18/09/2026: An excellent lunch. I discovered this restaurant by chance. The owner suggested the daily special: salmon steak with sautéed vegetables (it was Friday, so why not?). I savored it (the word is apt) at the counter; it arrived in exactly five minutes. The fish was cooked to perfection, the vegetables were delicious, almost crisp, and above all—and this is rare enough to be worth mentioning—the sauce was excellent. I commend the cooking, the ingredients, and the sauce, all delivered with the attentive service typical of good old-fashioned neighborhood restaurants. I haven't mentioned the prices, but they are very reasonable. I highly recommend it and hope to return.

28/06/2026: A great little hotel with superb staff, the rooms were well equipped and air con was such a blessing. The including breakfast was fast and the fresh pain au chocolate and croissant were so great. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, led by the amazing Daniel. So well located for tram from airport and the old port.

25/05/2026: A very warm welcome. Pleasant room. A true family-run hotel, just the way we like them. Excellent breakfast on the terrace. I highly recommend it.

12/09/2026: We walked in here on a whim because what people on the terrace were consuming looked so good. We opted for a spot inside and didn't regret it. Nice interior designed like a French farmhouse or ski lodge... but above all, delicious tartiflette and ravioli. Prompt service; even though it was pleasantly busy, we really didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive. Highly recommended.

12/08/2026: The food is good, especially the appetizers. The main courses are standard, which is understandable given the very attractive price. Overall, it's good, except for the service. While the young woman tries her best to serve, the waiter is terrible. He's always making silly comments and remarks, spending his time chatting with the other customers or making the rounds like a Michelin-starred chef asking for your opinion, and forgetting to serve customers waiting for their food. He'll then loudly call out to you if you comment on the wait time. And don't forget to say goodbye, otherwise you'll be treated to a 100-decibel "goodbye." It's a shame, because the cook and the waitress are actually good.

08/04/2026: Absolutely loved it. Definitely not for PCs - this restaurant is a kitschy representation of the French image of America, with all sorts of depictions of savage "Indians" in feather headdresses, polar bears; in fact, all that's missing is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and it would be complete. But aside from all that, the service and the food were top-notch, especially being right on the edge of a ski slope. Thank you. Cheers. 5 stars

25/09/2026: From the moment we arrived, it felt like somewhere truly special. The Nordic-inspired dishes were beautifully presented, with so much care and attention to detail. My smoked mackerel starter was absolutely delicious — almost too beautiful to eat! My scallop main course was equally wonderful, with the scallops perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavour. It was one of those meals that you want to savour and remember, rather than simply eat and move on from. A very special restaurant, perfect for celebrating an occasion or simply treating yourself to something memorable. If you’re in the Olargues area, I really wouldn’t miss it

31/07/2026: We spent a few nights at this hotel. The new management is doing everything possible to ensure your satisfaction; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant and pool area are beautifully decorated! Breakfast was simple and good. The parking was a welcome feature. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the pool, with easy access to Bandol, other coastal towns, and the inland region.

30/07/2026: We were eagerly awaiting the reopening of this place… The new, welcoming, and passionate owner will bring the inn back to life, and we wholeheartedly support him. We had a very pleasant time at the restaurant on the outdoor terrace; the setting was lovely, the cocktails were well-made, and the food was excellent. We are from the area and plan to return with our family.

09/09/2026: Well I think our group the Medina Community Choir from the Isle of Wight, England, purchased a huge variety from Christophe Roussel Patissier, as everyone seemed to be carrying delights from their on to the coach. Simply food and treats from the gods that either melt in your mouth or just leave you in a state of pure indulgence and delight. A truly perfect place to visit if you're in the area.

06/09/2026: Great place to pick up some delicious sweets after visiting Sacré-Cœur. And the staff is truly helpful and kind.

18/09/2026: Passing through Foix we stopped at the Auberge Miranda, we had the dish of the day which was really excellent, don't hesitate to stop by, Philippe is very friendly.
