Service impeccable et irréprochable, avec le sourire.
Des plats délicieux et recherchés ( le gaspacho est excellent).
Des serveurs /serveuses aux petits soins.
Une terrasse agréable et reposante.
Je recommande fortement cette adresse pour qui veut déjeuner ou dîner de manière apaisée.

27/06/2025: Lunch today. Perfect welcome and meal. The risotto of the day is very good and plentiful, the Caesar salad is plentiful not only in salad with croutons and with chicken too. Looking at the photos on the website, the cherry tomatoes are missing from both dishes...it was the end of service, maybe there were none left. In any case, it was very good.

Best is to reserve as it gets busy.
Thay have a kids menu also.

02/11/2024: Very good restaurant. Refined menu and careful service. We had a great evening. I recommend you book (obviously a victim of their success). The outdoor terrace is also very pleasant in good weather. An address in Oloron to highly recommend.

01/09/2024: Although small in size, the brunch menu was especially excellent, especially the French toast. It's a shame that the portion size was a little small, but all the other menu items were delicious, so I was very satisfied with the brunch! Compared to Buvet in Seoul, the interior of the store is simple haha.
31/08/2024: Dans une décoration à l’esprit new-yorkais, Buvette est désormais installé depuis plusieurs années et d’une grande constance. Carte assez courte et d’une grande fraîcheur, carafe d’eau apportée d’office, service un peu nonchalant. Confidences à éviter aux horaire d’affluence. C’est bon enfant et cela fonctionnes

02/12/2024: Large bar, we stopped after a walk to drink a hot chocolate. Dynamic and friendly service. They have several seats both inside and outside. Located right in front of the slopes. The only negative note was that the chocolate was watered down and not enough.

09/09/2024: Overall, we had a nice experience here and the food was so good, I would return if I am in Lille again. The brunch selections here were excellent. We enjoyed the oeuf à la turque and the avocado toast (which we were able to order without the feta for a dairy free option). Plenty of vegetarian options, but if you need vegan, you will need to ask the staff after you order. The coffees were good too, and they offer oat milk options. The staff speak some English which was very helpful when my French failed me.
The only issue was the service - you order through an app and while our order was confirmed, it apparently wasn't transmitted to the kitchen and we waited over an hour. It was clearly a fluke with the technology (other patrons were receiving their food quickly). The staff were responsive with the issue; my only regret is I should've brought it to their attention earlier.
08/09/2024: No service, you need to order food and pay using a QR code, quite pricey. Limited menu, dishes had good flavour - but all three dishes arrived lukewarm/cold. Poached eggs clearly pre made and stored, disappointing. There are much better places we found centrally with nicer dishes and bigger portions which actually arrive warm and with good service.
