29/12/2023: Excellent as usual. Survived COVID fortunately. Best french Brittany's pancakes in the world, bearing the same name as "Josselin", a typical village in this peaceful western part of 🇫🇷.... Subjectively, after my yesterday's visit (28/12/2023), I have found overall quality (food procurement & dish processing) down below previous standards (is COVID pandemic consequences having something to do with all this....? 🤔). Please be aware & reconsider if I am right, I 1st came to your place in 1980 & I am an ever since faithfull customer.... 😉

28/12/2023: Credo la migliore in assoluto Ambiente accogliente vecchia maniera grande assortimento di crepes dolci e salate che mi hanno impressionato e cosa non da poco il meraviglioso sidro da bere. Si fa la fila per entrare ma ne vale assolutamente la pena

22/01/2026: The barista I had yesterday was excellent; she answered all my questions kindly despite the other customers waiting. Plus, the place is clean and welcoming—go check it out!

05/12/2025: Columbus is truly the perfect place to take a break, whether for a coffee, a hot chocolate, or a sweet treat. The atmosphere is warm and inviting all year round, and the Christmas season makes the shop even more charming with its cozy decorations and seasonal drinks. Special mention goes to the team, who add a real touch of magic with their Christmas sweaters. It puts everyone in a good mood and gives the café an extra touch of charm. As for the treats, the Cinnamon Chai Latte is divine, and the Cinnamon Roll muffin is absolutely irresistible. Every bite is a delight. The service is top-notch: fast, welcoming, and always with a smile. You can tell the team loves what they do, and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's a place I always want to return to, to enjoy the atmosphere, the drinks, and the treats. A must-visit!

23/06/2025: We were thrilled with the fresh seafood on the platter! The shrimp and snails (we tried the latter for the first time) were simply unbelievably delicious!

15/06/2025: A very nice family-run seafood joint. The surroundings are not particularly exciting - it's situated next to a busy thoroughfare and in the shade of the buildings, but the food is worthwhile to sit down and enjoy your time. The selection of oysters, prawns and seafood is fantastic.

26/11/2025: A small tea room with a very warm atmosphere; it felt like stepping into your grandmother's living room/library to enjoy her delicious cakes. A delightful discovery.

21/10/2025: A very cozy tea room that also serves savory lunches. I came for the pastries. I had a chocolate fondant with speculoos cream, accompanied by green tea. The cake was very good. The only downside: the welcome was cold.

06/07/2025: We came as a family for a birthday this Saturday, July 5th. The restaurant setting is beautiful. The waitresses were wonderful, very welcoming, kind...perfect! ☺️ The food is excellent, we had a great time!! We will definitely be back 😋

11/12/2025: A chance discovery during a frog leg dinner with friends... The frog legs were golden, succulent, and easy to digest. The waitresses were very attentive and friendly. During the evenings, an Italian singer, with his appropriate songs, created a fantastic atmosphere, and both rooms sang along, in Italian and French as well. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the beautiful setting by the Saône River when the weather is nicer! Thank you.

25/01/2025: Disappointed. Too strong Camembert and almost non-existent cold meats, accompanying green salad more than wilted as if it was out of date, uncooked kidneys for certain pieces and mega compact chocolate mousse. It's not like before. Not to mention the service, with a slow waitress who doesn't even know if the desserts were ordered even though she was the one who took the entire order. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

20/05/2025: I'll start with the only point that intrigued me a little: When passing by, you can't really see into the interior through the windows. However, sitting inside, you're glad that passersby can't see into your plate. Walking through the front door, the welcome is charming, friendly, and personal. The setting is simple and rustic, but you feel at ease from the first moment. The menu is small but promising, so we decided on two dishes of fresh and delicious pasta made with exceptionally high-quality ingredients. The dishes are accompanied by a wine recommended by the waitress, and it's absolutely perfect. We see the two ladies creating pizzas, pasta, and everything else, providing service, and taking the time to chat with the customers. Finally, we indulge in delicious desserts and a coffee to round off the meal. The price for this meal is reasonable, and I highly recommend a visit. Thank you for the welcome.
