26/08/2026: I've been there three times. The first two times were a long time ago. I was very pleasantly surprised today. The appetizers weren't huge, but they were sufficient. And the main course was excellent. The carrot cream with the black olive tapenade perfectly complemented the pork in caramel sauce. However, the beer was rather flat and not very cold.

21/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was simply superb. If I had one suggestion, it would be to indicate the number of pieces per tapas order, but otherwise, nothing else to complain about.

25/09/2026: A wonderful discovery! The welcome was very warm and the service attentive from beginning to end. I loved the combination of flavors: I tasted the melt-in-your-mouth pastilla, perfectly spiced, as well as the delicately prepared semolina served with its delicious, perfectly balanced broth. The tea is exquisite. The sorbets are homemade, especially the violet one. The atmosphere is cozy and the setting invites you to travel. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend!

09/09/2026: I'd wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, so I took advantage of Wednesday lunchtime to go with my son. The daily special was a guinea fowl pastilla, and I decided to give it a try! I ordered a mini couscous for my little one. Today, I paid the most expensive daily special of my life! €24.50 for a daily special? It would have been more accurate to call it a "suggestion of the day," since a daily special is usually an affordable lunch option! We still enjoyed our meal, but displaying the prices of dishes not on the menu would be helpful to avoid this kind of surprise!

27/09/2026: We set off from Beau Rivage to hike around Lake Guerlédan over two days, stopping at Le Merlin in Anse de Sordan. A stop we particularly enjoyed! Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome with complimentary draft cider and beer. We then discovered our room, which was very spacious and comfortable, with a magnificent view of the lake ❤️ The bathroom was as large as the already very spacious room. There's a shared dining area with several tables, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine with teas and coffees available. A real treat after a long day of hiking! In the evening, we enjoyed the hotel's restaurant and had a delicious meal. A very good dinner in a peaceful and welcoming setting. After a great night's sleep, we savored a hearty and delicious breakfast, again with a view of the lake—perfect for recharging before continuing our hike around the lake. Special mention to the entire team, who were incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Between the quality of the service, the restaurant, the comfortable room, the lake view, and the tranquility of the location, Le Merlin is a true haven of peace. For couples and everyone else, there's a magnificent viewpoint right in front of the restaurant. Perhaps it will inspire some marriage proposals or something similar 😂 A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

01/10/2026: My bill was EU17.80 but the waiter tried to charge me EU20. I know that in Paris restaurants, the service charge is already included in the listed prices. Also, I didn’t receive any particular service. So, I said no to pay the extra. This restaurant was the 3rd restaurant that I had onion soup. The soup tasted great but like other restaurants, there was too much bread in soup. I would like just one slice of bread on the top.
