15/02/2026: We went to L’Auberge d’Inxent for Valentine’s Day and everything was absolutely perfect. The menu was excellent, featuring fresh, local, and 100% homemade dishes. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the fireplace adding a touch of charm and creating a very romantic setting. The wine list is also very extensive, with a fine selection chosen from local producers throughout France, which perfectly complements the experience. The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and professional. We had a wonderful time and a superb experience that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

The couscous and my fish were excellent. We spent three nights at the Auberge de la Grande Ferme, and it was an exceptional stay. The room was warm, comfortable, and located at a high altitude, offering a magnificent panorama. The food was perfect: everything was homemade, and our taste buds were delighted. The team is welcoming, attentive, and always available to answer our requests. 12/05/2026: The manor is a magical place, secluded from the world, ideal for recharging your batteries. You'll be soothed by the beauty of the surroundings. The rooms have character, the bedding and pillows are very comfortable, the staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast is of superb quality, from still-warm bread to pastries, not to mention cherry jam or the excellent fresh fruit salad, as well as the many cheeses—a delight served in the beautiful dining room of the gourmet restaurant in front of the fireplace—a truly blissful experience. (To complete this moment, all that's missing is a minibar and a coffee machine in the room, and after a day of walking, a larger television would be welcome, as well as a bar to enjoy the magnificent views outside.) It's truly the perfect place to enjoy this magnificent region 😍

25/03/2026: We went there on a Sunday at lunchtime... A very warm welcome. Lovely decor. Good location next to the village's Romanesque church. Inventive and delicious cuisine: We started with a homemade terrine and a Nitamago egg on celery cream. Then came Hungarian-style pork goulash and roasted Camembert with chorizo ​​and homemade fries. For dessert 🍨, a very light and delicious coffee tiramisu! A very good place.

11/11/2025: A guesthouse with very comfortable, recently renovated rooms and excellent quality bedding! The surrounding area is perfect for a short walk after dinner. The owner is very friendly; we warmly thank her for her hospitality.

11/11/2025: Fantastic weekend with friends at the Lodge du Domaine. Caroline was very welcoming and genuinely wanted us to have a great time. The place is magnificent. The cottage is completely renovated and has superb bedding! Special mention for the jacuzzi – the icing on the cake.
