13/06/2026: I've never had a similar experience in a restaurant with this reputation. We arrived at 1:20 PM and left at 4:00 PM, having ordered everything at once (table of 8). The head waiter, very arrogant and without a smile, must have decided we weren't worth his time and effort; he simply served us haphazardly. Every other plate was cleared. Wine was left in a bucket 10 meters from the table, and no one came to refill it. Clearing crumbs seemed to take priority over taking dessert orders and pouring wine. One waiter, however, was friendly—big shout-out to Thierry! The food was really bad, especially for the price! I was truly shocked! No place to go.

08/06/2026: I've been in Tours for three years and I've never tasted such a good kebab! The meat was excellent; for a kebab, I found it incredible! And I'll definitely be back. Honestly, well done to the number ones!

07/06/2026: The best Greek food of my life! There's meat in the bread, I'm giving it 5 stars even if it's a bit too salty, and hopefully they'll accept restaurant vouchers sooner rather than later.

04/05/2026: Great ski area, even if it's a bit of a factory there. The skiing is good and efficient.

16/04/2026: A very beautiful ski resort with a large ski area, Les Laucau is lovely, and in the summer there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails. I highly recommend it.

12/06/2026: There were five of us (regulars at the region's excellent restaurants) who came to dinner at AT'ABLE (some from Tours) specifically to enjoy their Touraine-style beuchelle, which we had already loved: another fantastic dish tonight! But also a surprising and incredibly delicious starter: profiteroles with snails, simply magnificent! The wines (two Bordeaux vintages) perfectly complemented the food, as did the desserts. Everything was perfect, a wonderful evening, a place to recommend... especially to the locals of Chinon who seem to be unaware of this restaurant, which they consider merely "a hotel restaurant" (sic). Whereas, in my opinion, and after several comparative tastings, At'able is THE best restaurant in Chinon. And despite what those who criticize digital tablets, which here replace paper menus and cards, might say, my guests unanimously agree with me: it's an excellent way to see the visuals and ingredients of each cocktail, dish, etc. Bravo, and a huge thank you for the wonderful time we spent at your establishment. 10/06/2026: The service was friendly and on par. The interior was quite nice. The ordering process was quite interesting, via an I-pad. We enjoyed that process/ The vegetables/sides we received were quite good however the beef filets were a bit tough and chewy. That was a disappointment.

12/06/2026: Having been clients for several years, we decided to entrust them with the organization of my partner's birthday party, and we were so glad we did. We had 18 guests and received nothing but positive feedback. The chef created a truly exceptional menu, and communication during the planning process was seamless. I highly recommend them, of course.

Definitely not for PCs - this restaurant is a kitschy representation of the French image of America, with all sorts of depictions of savage "Indians" in feather headdresses, polar bears; in fact, all that's missing is a Royal Canadian Mounted Police officer and it would be complete. But aside from all that, the service and the food were top-notch, especially being right on the edge of a ski slope. Thank you. Cheers. 5 stars

15/06/2026: A Sunday That Left a Bitter Taste Apparently, the daily specials are more appealing during the week—we're inclined to believe it, because the Sunday menu is disappointing. We were the first to arrive on the terrace (three of us), and our main course was served while we were still having our aperitifs. The Mojito: pretty, but we were still searching for the rum. The Wiener Schnitzel looked like a cutlet straight from the freezer: barely 5 mm thick and with a breading that looked industrial. The fries, advertised as homemade, arrived soggy, brown, not crispy, and with skin on (probably an attempt at a mix between potato wedges and French fries). The Dame Blanche, presented on a plate like profiteroles, was definitely not a Dame Blanche. As for the terrace, it was very pleasant, but the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable. The young woman who served us was smiling and friendly. But another female member of staff clearly couldn't stand my one comment about the fries. Everything's been reduced—except the bill. In short, we won't be going back.

14/06/2026: A fantastic discovery! The pizzas are simply amazing: a flavorful crust, quality ingredients, and recipes prepared with passion. Special mention also goes to the bull tartare, absolutely exquisite and perfectly seasoned. You immediately feel the soul of this family-run establishment, lovingly managed by three sisters. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and authentic, just like home. The entire team is top-notch: welcoming, smiling, attentive, and always going the extra mile for their customers. A true pleasure to share a meal in a place where good food blends seamlessly with good cheer. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! 🍕❤️👏

25/05/2026: A disaster! We ordered mussels and fries, and they were tiny and, most importantly, undercooked. The large frozen fries were really awful too. Avoid at all costs! 🫣

13/06/2026: The setting was lovely, the staff were very attentive and polite. The service was great. Both starters were delicious, and my husbands main course was delicious. All of the food was presented really pleasantly. However, my main course was supposed to be filet of beef. Neither myself nor my husband could work out what cut of beef it was, but it definitely wasn't fillet. Unfortunately, it had lots of gristle running through it, and looked as though it had been hacked partly in half. It was a mishapen mound of meat. I ordered it medium, and it came extremely rare, almost blue. The staff were quick to rectify it, but unfortunately, this meant my husband's meal was cold and the rest of mine was reheated and dry. My potatoes also had no seasoning whatsoever. The chimichurri sauce however, was amazing! Regardless of the problems, the meal was absolutely worth the money.
