18/04/2026: The welcome was very difficult. The waitress was unpleasant to us, saying we hadn't said hello or thank you, which we had. We are respectful people, sorry. We were exasperated. We also work, and it's not an easy job. That's no excuse to be aggressive towards people. It was a bad experience for us, and on top of that, a galette, a hamburger, and three crêpes (three skims) cost 67 euros, which I think is a bit expensive. In short, not a good evening for us, which is a shame.

25/04/2026: My husband and I like this brasserie. The atmosphere is usually pleasant, it's busy, with regulars coming in for a coffee or a drink. The waiters are friendly. The fried calamari is sometimes a little overcooked, and the dishes can occasionally be a bit under-seasoned or not quite warm enough, but you don't go there for fine dining.

22/04/2026: Jutard, I'm revising my opinion downwards. The servers are very nice, but otherwise, it's a bit chaotic. Not the warm and welcoming little café one dreams of.

10/05/2026: Absolutely flawless! We had a wonderful time at the restaurant L'Agriculture. Sébastien and Kylian were incredibly attentive and gave us a very warm welcome. The music was fantastic (Ibiza dance music, which we loved) and the food was delicious (the €30 set menu included a charcuterie platter, sausage with aligot, a cheese platter featuring local producers, and finally, dessert: vanilla cream and caramel brioche). We were completely satisfied. A must-visit if you're in the area, recommended to us by the Hotel Le Palous (which is also excellent, by the way)!

09/05/2026: Delighted with this culinary experience, excellent pea soup with feta and roasted seeds, a delight, and homemade mussels with fennel and sausage meat. Pleasant atmosphere and outdoor seating.

28/04/2026: The biggest surprise during our visit to the walled city of Concarneau. First, the welcome: despite the large number of customers, the restaurant owner opened a beautiful upstairs dining room to better serve us. The warm decor was a nice touch, perfectly suited to the setting. The restrooms were also spotless and clean. Then, the service was very efficient; despite the busy crowd, there was no waiting, no pressure, and always with a smile 😃. And of course, the food. A choice between a traditional restaurant and a crêperie. Everything was very well prepared. And to top it all off, at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it and will definitely return on my next visit to Concarneau.

18/03/2026: Found it by chance a month ago. The very kind manager found us a table for two even though it was sold out. We were able to eat some delicious crepes (they're quite large, but I overdid it). I highly recommend it if you're in the area. (Better to book.)

23/04/2026: A small, comfortable hotel with a professional, family atmosphere and good food featuring Alsatian specialties. The establishment was taken over a few years ago; I've stayed there twice and it's truly a lovely place to relax, whether for a short break or as a base for exploring the region. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the town center. The wines are from Alsace, and the Pinot Gris is excellent. Remember to book ahead; locals from Guéret also know the address for the restaurant! The cheeses are divine!
