28/07/2026: A pleasant surprise in the Cévennes was this restaurant, which is well-stocked with Corsican products! The food was delicious and generous, and the service was attentive. We had lunch here before taking the steam train back to Anduze.

We opted for the four-course menu (starter, fish, meat, and dessert). From start to finish, from the amuse-bouches to the petit fours, it was a flawless and delicious experience. 👌
The service was excellent: professional, warm, and unpretentious. 👍

The ramen was delicious, with very tender meat and a flavorful broth. Special mention also goes to the waiter, always smiling and incredibly welcoming. The very pleasant service perfectly complemented the experience.
I highly recommend it! ✨
04/07/2026: 17 euros is a steep price for a green salad, especially considering the other ingredients are rather insignificant. A decent, albeit reimagined, tiramisu.

The appetizer buffet, followed by the main meal buffet, cheese buffet, and dessert, were excellent. The staff were incredibly kind and professional—a level of service you rarely find. They played a huge part in making this a wonderful evening.

02/07/2026: So delicious we ate here three times in the span of three days - twice for dinner and once for breakfast! This was my first time trying panisses, and I liked them so much I ordered them again the next night. We also really enjoyed our pizzas which were fresh and flavorful. Breakfast was very nice with a fresh squeezed juice, coffee, and pastry offered at a reasonable price.

26/07/2026: We went for lunch and we really enjoyed the food. There was a slight misunderstanding because the waiter thought I hadn't liked the dish, when in reality I had. Even so, he kindly gave us a free portion of potatoes to make sure we were happy. I thought it was a very thoughtful gesture and shows how much they care about their customers. I would definitely go back.
25/07/2026: The terrace is very pleasant, and the atmosphere is friendly and set back from the road.
The food is good, and the homemade pastries are excellent for a brasserie!
The daily specials are a bit pricey, and there's no set lunch menu, which is a shame.

27/05/2026: For my first experience at Quintessia, I'm delighted. I had a wonderful time for a bachelorette party. The brunch was delicious (homemade recipe, fresh ingredients). And the magical setting (a haven of nature) contributes to total relaxation and stress relief (spa). I highly recommend it and I'm even thinking of going with my family.
26/05/2026: Beautiful hotel, excellent amenities, and very pleasant staff. We spent one night with access to the spa, a true haven of well-being. A special mention goes to the Louange bar, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink, as well as for its board game selection. We loved it!
