The visit is very well organized: tours of the castle and vineyards, clear explanations of winemaking, and tastings that allow you to discover elegant and balanced wines. Lunch is also available on-site.

08/05/2026: The food is very good. The presentation is enticing. The syrups are perfectly balanced. I forgot to ask you the brand, oops. The vegetarian platter was a hit! It's a shame I wasn't hungry enough for dessert! Vegetarian options are also available, making it an accessible and welcoming restaurant. The only downside is the limited space (it's a small place) and the closely spaced tables. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to returning!

30/05/2026: Good value for money. Very well located for hiking around the Auvergne volcano lakes. The hotel is quiet and pleasant, surrounded by nature, and just a 5-minute walk from the town center. The hosts are friendly, attentive, and available, with good service and a generous breakfast. Regarding the room, we always prefer a shower to a bathtub; that's the only slight drawback…

23/05/2026: A charming hotel that we stayed in between the Ascension Day holiday rush and the Whit Monday weekend in 2026. The owner gave us a warm welcome, showing us to our room and providing information. The room was a good size for sleeping, and the small bathroom was adequate. We would have preferred a shower cubicle rather than a small bathtub (hence the one-star deduction for the room), but our hygiene wasn't affected 😄. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant after a swim in the indoor pool. The meal was excellent, and the service was pleasant. In short, very good value for money for this lovely establishment. Thank you again for the warm welcome.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection using high-quality ingredients and full of flavor. The service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Luci and Elvira, who made our experience truly memorable. They were exceptionally polite, attentive, and highly knowledgeable. Their recommendations were excellent, and they perfectly paired our drinks with the dishes we ordered, making every course even more enjoyable. The restaurant is ideally located just off the Champs-Élysées, in a peaceful and quiet area where you can enjoy your meal away from the crowds. The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and very relaxing, making it a perfect place for lunch or dinner. Considering the quality of the food, the outstanding service, and the location, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Le Sens Unique to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable dining experience in Paris. Thanks again to Luci and Elvira for their professionalism and warm hospitality—we will definitely return on our next visit !
