11/05/2026: A great spot for simple, local cuisine that's very well executed. The dishes are beautifully presented, the service is pleasant, and the drinks menu is extensive enough to satisfy all tastes. The atmosphere is warm and the parking is easy. I highly recommend it.

Manon and Anaïs are always smiling, and it's clear they love their work here! A very big thumbs up to the kitchen; everything is extraordinarily delicious... The duck breast was cooked to perfection, and the potatoes were succulent... Truly top-notch, my first 5-star restaurant experience! The price/quality ratio is excellent! Even with an embarrassing incident a week before Valentine's Day, I was so paralyzed by shame and embarrassment, but they managed to turn it into a laugh (the two waitresses). Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! And of course, I highly recommend it!!!! -> Thank you so much to all the staff for hosting us for our wedding reception 🙏 It will be a memory I cherish forever.

04/03/2026: A rare gem these days. Everything is designed to transport you back to the days of traditional pubs. A warm, family atmosphere, dishes that smell of wood smoke made with excellent ingredients (especially meat), and service that makes you feel like part of the family. We were horrified to learn that this restaurant was going to close soon because the owners (one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen) were exhausted and unable to hire the two additional staff needed (it's too isolated). The restaurant, which was doing very well, has been bought out and converted into a residence. 😢

17/03/2026: I came to this restaurant for dinner with a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the welcome and service. We were seated quickly upon arrival, and the staff was very professional throughout the meal. I ordered a meat dish with vegetables, and it was cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh and well-prepared. The presentation of the dishes was elegant, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere is pleasant, neither too noisy nor too quiet, making it a great place to spend time. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The prices are consistent with the quality offered. I highly recommend this place.

02/05/2026: Passing through Guérande, we stopped at this lovely little restaurant. The staff were pleasant, there was no wait, and we enjoyed some delicious dishes. We will definitely return.

11/04/2026: We didn't eat too badly. However, the portions were very small, the fries were frozen, a real tourist trap.

07/04/2026: A small restaurant we stumbled upon in November 2025, run by a couple and their daughters who help out. It's a shame they were out of mussels in the evening, as we had come specifically for them... But we tried the bull stew (gardiane de taureau) instead: a real treat! The customers were chatting amicably, and there were many regulars who came back every year. A lovely little restaurant. We'll be back this summer with our children to try the fish specialty that some customers had raved about... but this time we'll make a reservation to be sure of getting mussels, or we'll come for lunch. 10/04/2026: The food is good. However, the owner clearly tries to overcharge customers using dishonest methods, which is very unpleasant. Any request to adjust the menu (even for something less expensive) will be heavily charged, and you won't receive any prior warning when placing your order.

03/03/2026: Excellent cuisine at truly affordable prices considering the quality and service. As for the setting, I was going to say it's magnificent, but in reality, I realize it's beyond that. This establishment is, for me, a true hidden gem in the heart of the Corbières region, and I hope that everyone who appreciates the finer things in life will discover it one day. Bravo!

14/04/2026: A fantastic find! Generous and very affordable menus featuring quality ingredients! We opted for the set menu at €16.50, which offered several choices: starters, two main courses, a selection of aged or fresh cheeses, and dessert. We also ordered an amber draft beer. A truly impressive cheese platter was presented on the table along with homemade jellies (hay, poppy, dandelion) and homemade desserts. The homemade jellies, honey, fruit pastes, and liqueurs are available for purchase on-site (limited quantities).

19/03/2026: A wonderful, delicious meal with excellent homemade products and the kindness of the grandmother waitress and her daughter. We will definitely return. The price is very reasonable and quite rare for a complete menu at €16.50 (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert). And of course, the delicious hay and spruce jams! A lovely discovery... Sandrine and Olivier from Ebreuil, Allier, and the sublime views on the way back down to Issoire. Thank you!
