12/10/2026: Great evening at La Bousse in Morteau! I had a wonderful evening on Saturday with friends. The place is superb and the servers are extremely competent. Special mention for the Guinness: it's truly excellent. Having been to Ireland before, I can assure you it's of very high quality. Quick announcement: if any of you saw an "Estonia" cap, it's mine; I lost it that evening. Please drop it off at the bar in La Bousse-Note. Philippe

10/09/2026: A fantastic restaurant! The dishes were beautifully presented and bursting with flavor from appetizer to dessert. The setting is charming, with a lovely sunny terrace. The owner is passionate, and it shows in his cooking. Highly recommended!

04/08/2026: We made a special detour off the highway to eat there, after spending over half an hour just trying to find it, and despite what Google said, we discovered it was closed for vacation. And, to make matters worse, all the other restaurants were already closed. I think it's incredibly inconsiderate not to update their opening hours and cause this kind of inconvenience.

03/10/2026: Bar Kléber is a beautiful spot in Paris, with an elegant setting and refined atmosphere. It's the perfect place to enjoy a drink in a calm and pleasant ambiance. The service is professional and attentive. A wonderful experience, especially enjoyable as a couple or with friends.

17/09/2026: Absolutely fantastic. A three-course meal (starter, main, and dessert) of gourmet quality for €35 in Paris is magnificent. The service was quick, friendly, and unpretentious. Just one small criticism: we would have liked a slightly wider selection of wines by the glass at affordable prices. But the Alsatian Pinot Blanc was delicious! Well done to the whole team.

23/09/2026: Excellent We had lunch there as a couple on Wednesday, September 23, 2026. We were warmly welcomed by the entire team and seated in the veranda. The setting is lovely and exotic, with a holiday atmosphere and a real change of scenery. It wasn't too noisy despite the many customers. We enjoyed a Château La Coste red Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence as an aperitif and throughout our meal. It was well-rounded and very pleasant on the palate. Our daily specials were: Khao San platter, with shrimp paste fried rice, shrimp steamed dumplings, beef gyoza, chicken skewers in red curry, crudités (cucumber, broad beans, lightly cooked and well-seasoned carrots, etc.), and pineapple. The food was full of flavor and aroma, beautifully presented, and perfectly cooked—it was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent value for money.

The daily special was a hit. Small menu but a great treat. My wife and I highly recommend it. A little pleasure from the very high-quality table. A must-do once a year 😁
