07/09/2024: Dieses Haus ist -zurecht- auch bei vielen Einheimischen beliebt. Auch an belebten Markttagen ist das schlauchförmige Cafe im Erdgeschoss ein sehr angenehmer Ort, um einen günstigen und ausgezeichneten Kaffee zu genießen.
Daneben gibt es auch div. Speisen, die wir allerdings nicht probiert haben (sahen jedoch gut aus).

06/11/2024: Excellent gourmet meal, fine in the mouth with beautiful presentations and a good, intimate atmosphere. Attentive waitress. End of the meal with big smiles from the very satisfied guests at all the tables. Good value for money.
Mini parmesan shortbreads are offered free of charge with the aperitif (very good house cocktail) and a free appetizer gives us a taste of the flavors that will delight us throughout the menu. Thank you for these taste discoveries.
For wine, there is a choice with 37.5cl, 50cl and even by the glass to match the dish.
We recommend with complete confidence!

I have no other words than come and try it, you will never be disappointed.

The cuisine is excellent, the dishes are of high quality and the menu changes according to the seasons. The chef listens and is passionate about cooking. The service is very pleasant and the waiter always in a good mood. I have been there several times, we have the possibility of privatizing part of the restaurant. I am currently recommending the scallops which are exquisite!!!

02/07/2024: Accidental discovery on our motorcycle trip. Remote and well attended, that's a good sign. It was made better by the very friendly service and the incredibly good meal of the day! The best moussaka I've ever eaten :)

A super nice and warm boss who knows how to welcome customers. The dishes are copious and succulent with careful presentation.
We were there last night with our Quebec friend who was staying in the region. The boss will recognize us if he reads these few lines.
A memorable evening and a meal that left its mark on us.
We will come back with great pleasure as soon as the opportunity arises.

30/08/2024: En juin, nous sommes sortis de ce resto ravis... entrée savoureuse , jolie, bien présentée, plat de volaille tendre et parfumé et dessert original ! nous y retournons en août
, et là, quelle déception !! impossible de penser que le même cuisinier était aux manettes ! l'entrée sans raffinement était pire que quelconque :les coeurs(brr) de canards étaient servis dans une grosse salade avec une tranche de foie gras de 4 cm de diamètre, puis un veau immangeable, dur et élastique !!!le risotto fade, le dessert bof bof et les prix ont augmenté !!
quel dommage, nous aimions bien ce petit resto simple et goûteux . Y retournerons-nous ? Après le "excusez-nous" quand j'ai dit que la viande était dure, aucun geste commercial... déçus, déçus, déçus !!!

19/08/2024: We have been going to Auron for 25 years, it is a superb restaurant, Fabienne and Christophe are very welcoming, the best restaurant in the area, everything is homemade from the starter to the dessert, you can go there with your eyes closed.
Traders like them and lack them.

19/11/2024: We ate at the old sabot after a hike. How can I tell you....a nugget. Absolutely excellent from A to Z. There is something for everyone and everything is homemade. The owners are great and the waitress is a sweetheart. You can go there with your eyes closed. We will return there to taste the pizzas. There should be more restaurants like this...well done to the whole team
