15/02/2026: The wait was extremely long (over 2.5 hours for the meal) for food that was disappointing: the rib-eye steaks were mediocre, served with frozen truffle butter and what appeared to be frozen vegetable purée; the duck breast was cooked rare, not pink as the waiter claimed; and the desserts, including the "café gourmand" and the chocolate fondant, were tasteless (were they frozen?). I had been to this restaurant several times a few years ago and had never been so disappointed.

14/02/2026: A superb experience, both in terms of the food and the attentive service :) The wine, the fish, the ribeye steak, and the molten chocolate sauce were all perfect: we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend it and will definitely return to the region next time.

21/02/2026: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We happened along this place while on a walk. The steaks, burgers, and salad were all perfect. The staff had great recommendations from the menu and they were spot on. All delicious! A definite place to stop in especially if near the museums.

02/03/2026: We were 27 people celebrating a birthday at L'Auberge du Moulin, and everything was perfect from start to finish. We received a wonderful welcome. The team is truly delightful, friendly, and professional. Communication beforehand to organize the event was smooth and efficient, which is so appreciated when preparing a meal for so many people. They were able to adapt perfectly to our group and our requests. As for the food, it was absolutely excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to the entire team for a truly wonderful time! We highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: Impossibly small, with an almost camouflaged doorway, this is probably my favourite bouchon in Lyon. The menu is just as compact as the space but the owners will keep everything flowing with good humour and excellent, anticipatory service. A starter of snails in a garlic cream sauce is rich and savoury, while their salade Lyonnaise comes laden with lardons and a wobbly poached egg. Move on to perfectly grilled bavette or - if you dare - tablier de sapeur with sauce gribiche, a square of honeycomb tripe crumbed and fried, created a wonderful texture well complimented by the tangy vinegar-rich sauce. Desserts are homely and include a wonderful creme caramel and chocolate mousse cake, but I was less enthused about their massive (and dry) baba au rhum. I can't wait to get back here.

18/03/2026: We stayed for two nights, from March 8th to 10th, 2026. We received a very warm welcome and helpful advice. The room was spacious and clean with a perfect bed. It was very quiet. The managers are very friendly and attentive, and the meal tray was delicious and very generous. I recommend it 200%. We will definitely return.

A special thank you to Sabrina who, throughout our stay, dedicated herself to making it as pleasant as possible. Thanks also to the chef for the wonderful meals: a cuisine to discover, specialties to devour, and a cheerful atmosphere right from breakfast (absolutely fantastic!). The location is ideal for enjoying the ski areas of Essert and La Chapelle d’Abondance or for exploring the surrounding area. We will be back. Hélène and Fabrice.

27/02/2026: A superb discovery. We were a little apprehensive about the unusual flavor combinations, but everything was delicious. From the very first bite, our taste buds were delighted. You can tell that each dish is truly carefully crafted. The restaurant's greatest strength lies in the quality of the ingredients, but also in the genuine alchemy that happens between them: they even manage to make us appreciate things we don't usually like! Furthermore, the staff is very accommodating when it comes to adapting a dish. The portions are perfect: we left feeling satisfied, just the right amount, without feeling heavy. The servers are very friendly and open to conversation. As for the price, it's ideal for special occasions in the evening (expect to pay around €70 per person). The €25 lunch menu (starter, main course, dessert) is also a great deal.

20/02/2026: Excellent value for money for the set lunch menu at €25. Same goes for the children's menu, "Little Gourmets," at €17. Cooking and seasoning were expertly executed. At least some of the ingredients are sourced from local, high-quality suppliers (Renard bakery). A warm welcome and a well-maintained establishment.

12/02/2026: A must-try in Trégueux. A very warm welcome and excellent service. A place where customers are truly cared for, from the manager to the staff. A wide variety of dishes to choose from. All are delicious. I highly recommend it; there's absolutely nothing to complain about! In fact, it's my go-to restaurant in Saint-Brieuc.

18/02/2026: Absolutely splendid restaurant! It's by far the best Caesar salad I've had in Montpellier. I highly recommend this welcoming place for a meal with friends or a relaxing moment alone on the lovely terrace. The staff are very attentive. The beef carpaccio was also excellent.
