12/04/2026: A huge thank you to the entire team at Le Verbois for this absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by a warm atmosphere and incredible energy that immediately set the tone for the evening. The quality of the food is simply remarkable, with the chef's true creativity evident in every dish. A special mention goes to the salted caramel dessert taco: a true masterpiece that provided a perfect ending to the meal! A big thank you also to the owner, a man of rare elegance, who takes the time to circulate among the tables with finesse and tact to ensure everyone is having a wonderful time. His advice is invaluable and always spot-on. And how could I not thank Raphaële, who took on the challenge of getting the whole room to sing for my birthday—a truly touching moment that will forever be etched in my memory as I turn 40! I recommend it 1000%: a place that is definitely worth the trip! Thank you again for this exceptional evening. We will be back with great pleasure!

15/03/2026: Idyllic. The setting is soothing, the decor tasteful, modern, warm, and comfortable. You feel like you're in a cocoon, yet the design is understated. To top it all off, the wines, food, and breakfast are exceptional. An ideal getaway to recharge.

12/05/2026: It's always a pleasure to come and enjoy a delicious meal here! The dishes are varied and high-quality, the service is excellent, and the restaurant has a real "come back for more" vibe. I would recommend it without hesitation!

09/05/2026: The service was incredibly slow. As usual, we had a nice lunch on May 1st. We arrived at 12:30 pm, and it was a disaster! 2.5 hours to eat, and that was only because we had to keep bothering the waiters! An hour for our main course! 45 minutes for dessert! 2.5 hours to eat! It's a real shame, but what is the owner doing?

09/03/2026: A huge disappointment with the French toast (was it frozen?), which was really not up to standard. It's therefore difficult to justify prices that are higher than many other restaurants in Versailles... Furthermore, parking in the area is extremely difficult in the evening.

08/03/2026: We had appetizers, but the main courses arrived much too quickly. As a result, the appetizers were a bit too short. Thank you.

27/04/2026: We arrived around noon with a friend and his dad. I was hesitating between a crispy chicken tender burger and a wild garlic tomme cheese burger, and the smoked bacon and Munster cheese burger. They were so kind and changed the cheese on my burger before I even ordered, asking if I'd like the wild garlic cheese instead! It was excellent! Very little wait, fast service, superb quality, fresh and local ingredients, staff who were attentive to our well-being, and for dessert they even gave us mini madeleines with our order! I'll definitely be back! 😚🤗

21/04/2026: The owner and his wife are awful. The food leaves much to be desired. The service is a complete disaster. And the checkout is a joke. They left a young woman alone at the register, completely disregarding her feelings. This young woman ended up in tears. The owner didn't come to help her, and when we called her over, she replied that this is how we learn. A disaster! Avoid this restaurant at all costs. There are excellent places to eat in Gérardmer, but this is not one of them.

16/03/2026: A very pleasant setting. A very warm welcome, the staff were very courteous and attentive throughout the service. They made sure to ask if everything was alright. The meal was excellent. Beautifully presented on the plates. The portions were ample; you won't leave hungry. I would describe it as a semi-gastronomic restaurant. There are three different price ranges. Weekday prices: The set menu ranges from €17.90 to €25.00 ONLY AT LUNCHTIME ❗️❗️❗️, and other weekday prices range from €27.00 to €42.00, with weekend prices from €41.00 to €46.00. There is also a special frog leg menu, prepared in various ways, ranging from €22.00 to €25.00. The prices are quite reasonable considering the quality of the meal, as is the wine list. Parking for cars. Pergola for summer! Takeout and delivery available. The restaurant has a shop selling local and regional products, which is a nice bonus. Reservations required! My experience was very positive. I will gladly return to Rochetoirin. I highly recommend it!

12/04/2026: Before going to the cinema, we ate at 7:30 pm. Everything was perfect: restrooms with individual hand towels, efficient and friendly service, generous and delicious portions, and reasonable prices. Try it, you'll love it!

I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant near Toulouse.

19/04/2026: Do not come here if you are a foreigner. We noticed that a large group (10 people) of French customers got their food much faster than we did (5 people) even though we were there first. The service was VERY slow for us, even though we made a reservation. We were at the restaurant for over two hours, with a 45 minute gap between our main course and dessert, due to the slow service. The food itself was also underwhelming and flavorless for the price. We nearly missed our next appointment due to the unexpected wait time, and had to remind the staff about our food. One smaller complaint is that we asked the staff if we could sit at one of the available tables outside, and they told us we would only be able to eat our appetizers there, and then they would move us back inside. I have never heard of any restaurant like this…

16/04/2026: A delicious dining experience I chose the set menu. The white asparagus was delicately textured with an excellent sauce. The slow-cooked oxtail was tender, with a rich blend of red wine sauce and the fat from the beef marrow. The dessert featured lemon curd in a molecular form. Paired with a subtle minty coolness, the slightly noticeable acidity was refreshing.

28/04/2026: A very nice brasserie close to the train station, the products are beautifully prepared and the service is attentive!

26/04/2026: The empty restaurant surprised us, as my mother is used to seeing it packed. But we had a good meal. I personally ordered a potato crisp with egg and mushrooms as a starter (I had my two companions try it, and they also approved), followed by a pork tenderloin stuffed with onions and mustard sauce (the meat was tender and well-cooked). The only downside was the cold potatoes at the bottom of the bowl, with a few warm ones on top. For dessert, a delicious chocolate pear choux pastry was a very generous portion; I thoroughly enjoyed it. The chocolate cream, for once, wasn't too sweet, and the choux pastry dome was lightly caramelized and crispy. As for the wine, I didn't like the Saumur at all, but my mother's red Burgundy was good. The waiter was friendly.

28/04/2026: A very unique bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. You could easily get lost, but in the end, it's fantastic and delicious. The pizzas are amazing, and the ribeye steak is incredible. We'll be back very soon.
