12/01/2025: A good meal in a very pleasant location. Clean, tasty, beautiful, and refined dishes. A small suggestion: the 7-hour pork should have the string removed from the plates. Warehouses should be more attentive to customers ;o) I recommend it.

10/12/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant on Monday and Wednesday, and each time we received a warm welcome. Every dish was delicious, served in generous portions, and the service was quick and reasonably priced. The fries were very good, and the black pudding and vol-au-vent were excellent. The daily specials at €13.50 were tasty and plentiful. The waitress was very friendly and smiling. Everything was perfect.

08/12/2025: A very good restaurant, with pleasant and cheerful service. Their sauerkraut and ham hock are delicious. A slightly long wait between courses.

06/01/2026: Excellent cuisine and a very nice wine list. The setting is very pleasant, both modern and welcoming.

04/11/2025: The food is prepared with care and good ingredients, but the flavor combinations are lacking. The sauce served with the meat is not very good, and the combination of peppers and corn with fish leaves much to be desired. The starter and dessert are quite well executed. The young kitchen assistant is charming, but the waiter is barely friendly. The price is truly exorbitant considering the quality of the dishes. The presentation of the dishes is, however, attractive. Overall, disappointing for a €55 menu! €20 more expensive than a competitor's menu, but without any justification.

23/11/2025: A bar/café/brasserie with a nice decor. It's clean on the surface, but it's best not to look too closely... The state of the men's restrooms really leaves much to be desired. As for the service, the waitress clearly seemed more interested in being elsewhere than serving customers. I'd say it's simple, but as for being efficient, there's still work to be done.

08/11/2025: We went for coffee. Very good. The orange juice is from a carton. The ham and cheese baguette was delicious. You pay directly at the register.

06/07/2025: The seafood was of excellent quality and freshness, however it was Pancote weekend and we were invaded by Spaniards, the restaurant was packed, one on top of the other, no privacy...

05/07/2025: I didn't know it, and I had the opportunity to experience this magical place... Its receptionist is exceptional... a kind word... and you've booked??? And then we see the gentleman... less friendly with men and with ladies, a certain funny courtesy, and we fall for his game... a smile is perfect for this place... an exceptional product that I highly recommend... Thank you, Christophe, for your welcome and a staff that reflects your image.

07/01/2026: Occasionally, I visit the Café. The feeling quickly arises of an atmosphere that's hard to define: a sense of friendliness, warmth, a... floating sense of camaraderie, a table arrangement that encourages conversation and spontaneous exchanges. The tempting food invites you to settle in: clearly, it would be disingenuous to deny it: here, you feel good, without quite knowing why; but then again, does it really matter?... Welcome, welcome; looking forward to seeing you at the Moulin

21/09/2024: Superb menu and service and ambience. This is a wonderful hotel in the centre of St Rémy en Provence where we stayed for almost a week. The hotel is incomparable - beautifully appointed and with staff who cannot do more to help. The dining room served breakfast as a buffet as well as cooked plates and it was an excellent experience - the menu for dinner was imaginative and of the highest quality as was the service. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as a hotel and as a restaurant and urge everyone in Provence to go there at least once on each holiday to that delightful region.

06/09/2024: Une belle découverte … arrivés un peu par hasard nous avons eu la dernière table de libre. L’aïoli et le thon au menu du jour nous ont enchantés ainsi que le clafoutis maison !
