23/07/2026: I've always been disappointed by touristy restaurants with beautiful waterfront views, but this place pleasantly surprised me. The homemade foie gras, offered even in summer, is excellent. The roast duck, a generous portion (more than half a breast), was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. The boneless chicken with morel cream sauce was also excellent, with a light and well-balanced sauce. We didn't order cheese, as the meal was already very substantial. The only slight drawback was the rather limited selection of desserts.

19/07/2026: A good restaurant that uses spices (not necessarily hot) in its cooking. The dishes are very varied and well-prepared.

10/07/2026: Really mediocre dishes at €23.90 a plate. No identity whatsoever; a restaurant that serves couscous, Thai food, scampi, and French dishes. The taste suffers as a result; it's definitely a proper restaurant that sticks to its original identity. I ordered the "crying tiger" (a Thai dish), which was really disappointing in both taste and quantity. You get much better service at a Thai restaurant.

26/07/2026: On the occasion of our wedding, July 25, 2026, we had lunch with our friends and witnesses, and it was unforgettable. As the weather was unpredictable (rain, hail, and intermittent sunshine), we were seated in the center of the restaurant's main dining room at a round table, creating a more convivial atmosphere. The refined cuisine was a delight. The service was flawless, with excellent recommendations for champagne and then wine. Sacha, our waiter, was wonderful—smiling, attentive, and discreet. We highly recommend this magnificent establishment for its location opposite Notre Dame de la Garde, its decor, its hospitality, and its cuisine. Thank you to the entire team at the Intercontinental.

01/08/2026: A must-try Provençal restaurant with generous portions. Located on a small square with a lovely fountain, cooled by a pleasant breeze during the heat of summer. Excellent value for money; you get your money's worth and leave feeling satisfied. The homemade fries cooked in beef fat are worth the trip alone. The menu is varied and focused on Provençal cuisine. The desserts are excellent. A delightful surprise in a region where restaurant prices skyrocket, often leaving you wanting more.

13/07/2026: This restaurant is right across from my hotel, so it was convenient and a good choice. They have a set lunch menu with a starter, main course, and dessert for 20 euros. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.

06/07/2026: I ordered a glass of fruity, but not sweet, wine as an aperitif. I was served a sweet wine. For the main course, I ordered duck breast, and I asked for it medium-rare. She told me it was pre-cooked, so that wasn't possible. She said she would ask the kitchen and come back to me if it wasn't. The duck breast I received was well-done. It was like shoe leather. When the waitress asked if it was alright, I told her no and listed the problems. She said she would speak to the owner. When we went to pay, I also mentioned these issues to the cashier. The response was, "I need to have a word with the waitress for next time." No gesture of goodwill, no apologies. It was my first, but it will be my last time here.
