05/05/2026: A magnificent setting overlooking the sea and mountains, a warm welcome, simple yet excellent cuisine. The tranquility of May. I couldn't have asked for more to have a truly delightful stay. Everything was perfect. An address I recommend without hesitation.

15/05/2026: A very warm and friendly welcome. Once seated, you immediately feel a welcoming atmosphere, with no stress in the service. I also really appreciated that the main courses were served after the aperitif was finished, which isn't always the case. The plates were generously portioned and beautifully presented. We had a very enjoyable meal.

07/05/2026: A simple, welcoming restaurant in the center of Millau. The dishes are of good quality, and the meat is worthy of the region. Avoid the tiny and very average foie gras appetizer for its price of 17 euros. The rest is acceptable, nothing more.

15/04/2026: I drove past this place two years ago, and made a mental note to visit. Drove past it last weekend and fulfilled my wish. After many years in France, and many fish and chips meals, this is the BEST I've ever had here. Simple decor but with food like this, you don't need extravagant soundings. Estelle and Ben were really friendly and a joy to meet. My kids and I had fish and chips obviously and were not disappointed. The only place I have been to, offering both brown sauce AND malt vinegar as condiments! A true rarity. My partner (Normandy origins) was very happy with a burger topped with camembert. Finished the meal with a sticky toffee pudding, again a joy and rarity to have. If your British and want a true taste of home, stop by here. 14/03/2026: Probably the best restaurant we visited on our vacation in epinal. The plates are original, home made and big. For a higher level of cuisine, im suprised that you get a lot on your plate (lots of vedgetables to, in contrary to most restaurants in france). Unlike most high cuisine restaurants, you wont leave this place with hunger. Service is very friendly Oh and the coffee is from an italian coffee machine. Perfect!

However, this impression is somewhat marred by the restaurant's decor, which lacks character and feels cold. The waitress's casual denim outfit—despite being pleasant enough—also clashes with the restaurant's overall image. It's a shame. A customer experience is as much about visual appeal as it is about taste.
