The food is delicious, expertly prepared, and the dishes were beautifully presented 🍽️👍 The setting is charming, simple, and colorful. As for the price, it's reasonable, around twenty euros per person for a starter, main course, and dessert. I recommend that anyone reading this review come and eat here 😉 Thanks again! 05/05/2026: We've had the pleasure of stopping at Les Marmottes several times, both in summer and winter, and it's always a real treat ⛰️ In winter, under the snow, the atmosphere is magical: few people, a peaceful setting, perfect for taking a break and warming up with a nice hot drink ☕️ In summer, it's a completely different atmosphere, much more lively! The restaurant is extremely popular (and you quickly understand why), so it's best to plan ahead and book if possible. Even so, the wait is pleasant: there are shaded outdoor tables and a small bar where you can enjoy a drink while taking in the surroundings 🌿 The location is ideal, with a large, easily accessible parking lot and, above all, an absolutely stunning 360° view of the Pyrenees, with animals roaming freely all around… an incredible setting 🐄 Inside, you'll find yourself in a true mountain restaurant: all wood, warm, and welcoming. The staff are very dedicated, energetic, and genuinely friendly, even when it's busy. As for the food, it's flawless: local, homemade dishes that are generous and delicious. The portions are substantial, colorful, and well-balanced… we tried several dishes, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them from start to finish 🍽️ Whether for a quick bite or a truly indulgent experience, it's a place we always return to with pleasure. A wonderful stop, as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate ✨

23/04/2026: We've been bereft since it closed. Claude had done a great job succeeding Serge, with whom we also got along very well. It's sad to visit Le Soulor without having eaten there, and without experiencing the wonderful atmosphere that used to be there.

28/05/2026: A lovely bistro; the dishes are prepared with care and the staff is attentive. The manager was also very friendly, offering me coffee, a gesture that's become quite rare these days and which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I had to decline due to lack of time. Until next time!

15/04/2026: Excellent in every way. The prices are reasonable, but the food is simply divine. Bravo! Herring as a starter is a Parisian classic, now rare, and here everything on the plate is perfect. It's hard not to ask for a second starter. The burger was very good, special mention to the steak and the homemade fries. For dessert, I had a chocolate fondant, and when the gentleman says it's homemade, well, it is homemade. So rare these days that it's heavenly. Bravo! For me, it's a well-deserved 5 stars for the quality of the food, the prices, and the location.

07/06/2026: Disaster and dismay on the menu: amateurishness and a haughty, condescending, and humiliating welcome. A horrible evening last night was on the menu: we were turned away from this restaurant, which is now a mere shadow of its former self. We had booked a table for Saturday evening to celebrate our nephew's 30th birthday. Arriving at 7:30 pm, we were greeted with a haughty and suspicious attitude at reception: no reservation in our name. While the reservation log clearly shows that I called, confirmed the reservation well in advance, and provided my phone number, I was criticized for not leaving my credit card details, and for good reason: the restaurant staff had entered my email address incorrectly and ignored the error messages. After waiting 20 minutes at the bar, without even a glass of water, we were politely offered a table in the garden: where it was 17 degrees Celsius. It wasn't so much the disappointment of what was supposed to be a birthday present for our nephew from Lyon, who had made the trip especially for it, and for whom the staff showed absolutely no empathy, but rather the humiliation of the way we were turned away from the entrance, herded into a bar without any attention, and where the only solution was to keep us away from the room where we had a valid reservation. I don't see how an inspector can keep a star for such a place.

23/05/2026: It's always a real pleasure to come to this bar, with a kitchen and bar team that offers a quality menu featuring elaborate recipes and a true delight to share. The cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are simply exceptional, which is very rare in bars. The music is good, and the place is inevitably packed on a Friday night, but the team is working tirelessly on absolutely everything, so I recommend it 1000%. The music selection is always cutting-edge and in excellent taste. BRAVO! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

13/05/2026: A nice restaurant offering a lunch menu with excellent value for money. I no longer have photos of the dishes, but they were well-presented and generous portions. The service was quick at lunchtime, which is very much appreciated when you have to rush back to work. The staff were available and attentive. I recommend this establishment and will gladly return. The only downside: finding a parking space.
