02/08/2026: A gem in the heart of the village of Nonac, from starter to dessert, the Landes platter with its foie gras and duck breasts plus the rest, the flavorful lamb cooked for a very long time accompanied by homemade fries and vegetables, and the orange French toast dessert which is delicious and delicate and prepared with care, a big thank you to the chef for this generous cuisine and to the waiter for his welcome, we will return without hesitation.

16/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, the seafood was well-prepared and delicious. The platter we ordered was as beautiful as it was tasty. The service was impeccable, with friendly conversation and a smile. It's true the waiter was working alone, but he performed his duties expertly. We highly recommend this establishment.

The food was amazing, the selection of wines and champagnes was outstanding and the service was splendid. 16/08/2026: We had a lovely time with family and friends. There was a bit of a wait, but we were warned in advance. The children were served first, so the wait wasn't really noticeable. The service was excellent. I highly recommend it. There was a minor hiccup, but it was resolved immediately. The staff is attentive and friendly. Everything is there for a great time. After our meal, we took photos at the fountain, and the waitress offered to take pictures of all of us. The service was top-notch, even exceeding expectations.

28/09/2026: Invited to a wedding in early September, we received a wonderful welcome. We have a newborn, and all the staff were incredibly attentive to us; it was truly delightful.

14/10/2026: A magnificent bar, crêperie, and piano bar. The staff is incredibly friendly, everything is beautiful, and everything is delicious! We had a wonderfully lively evening there. A well-deserved 5 stars.

We had a wonderful meal; the food is prepared with high-quality, local ingredients, and the portions are generous and delicious. The staff is very kind, attentive, and always smiling! We recommend booking in advance as seating may be limited. We don't usually leave reviews, but when we do, it's because the food is truly excellent! This restaurant deserves to be better known! Thank you so much for a very enjoyable meal! We've told our friends about your restaurant and we'll be back!

04/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, the waiter was incredibly kind, but as for the woman behind the bar, everyone has bad days, but we shouldn't have to suffer for it, and especially not the waiter who was treated like dirt. Otherwise, top-notch!

02/09/2026: The waitress was great, thank you! As for the manager, he wasn't very welcoming. The mussels weren't very well cleaned, and not all of them in the small pot were cooked. The fries were bland and dry. So I won't be going back. But thank you again to the smiling and pleasant waitress.

Dining on the outdoor terrace in a charming cobbled alleyway was a delightful and unique experience. There was a bit of a wait due to the restaurant's popularity. Recommended by the manager of the sports shop a little further down the road. Thank you to him. And congratulations to the restaurateur. Bonus: dogs are welcome.

28/08/2026: Visiting Salers today, we had lunch in this lovely restaurant under the fireplace in plush armchairs. The waitresses were friendly, smiling, and attentive yet discreet. The quick service was much appreciated. The Trilogy and Auvergne salads were divine, and the lemon and blueberry bourriols were very good. What more can I say? A superb meal, a 5 out of 5 for quality and price, a wonderful experience. In short, I highly recommend it... Have a good evening. Mr. Jonnard

27/09/2026: Very warm welcome, very good wines and delicious meat, a very good address and the menu is diverse, there is something for everyone.

25/09/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The staff were friendly, quick, and efficient. Although we didn't have a reservation, we were served a cocktail while we waited for a table, but it was definitely worth the wait. The dishes were very fresh and well-prepared with quality ingredients. I highly recommend it.

21/06/2026: We ate at this small restaurant, which had a beautiful and tastefully decorated interior. We received a very warm welcome from the staff. We ordered the €38 set menu per person (starter, main course, cheese, dessert). The cuisine was refined, and we were particularly impressed by the sausage terrine. The flavor was excellent, and the portions were very generous. The only slight drawback was that the dishes were a little lukewarm. We recommend stopping by for a meal when you're in La Rochelle.

20/06/2026: We came for lunch today and had a wonderful time. Upon arrival, we mentioned that I was gluten-free. The set menu (starter, main course, dessert) was adapted to my dietary restrictions at no extra charge, and always with a smile, which was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish. The dishes were excellent, the service was quick and attentive, and the entire team was very friendly and welcoming. A truly great place with excellent value for money.

11/09/2026: One evening in September during our stay in the Luberon, our hosts recommended several restaurants, and we chose L'ARDOISE in Mazan. We discovered a very pleasant and very clean place (we are also very particular about cleanliness). 👍 Of course, we received a very warm welcome, and our meal was excellent. Thank you to the chef! 👍 The menu had only 3 starters, 3 main courses, and 3 desserts, just the way we like it. We will definitely be writing a review so our hosts can recommend this restaurant.
