16/12/2025: A peaceful farmhouse, terrace overlooking the Bugarach mountain. The farmyard animals frolic in the grass, putting on a show. The set menu is €29, and we choose from several courses. A buffet of well-prepared charcuterie and crudités. House dish (boles de picoulat). Dessert (profiteroles). Aperitif with Maury wine, followed by a meal with white wine. Three hours of dining and relaxation. It's a bit warm on the terrace; the curtains aren't up yet for the season. The chef makes a special effort with the presentation, adding small decorative touches and flavor combinations that are worth noting. You can sense his organization in his desire to serve all the guests in roughly the same order. Main courses for everyone, then desserts for everyone. There are only two of them, so they need to be methodical. The furniture and layout could use a touch of modernization (budget constraints, of course), but it's lush and full of flowers. We had a wonderful time during our two-wheeled tour of Bugarach and Rennes-le-Château. Limiting seating to around 20 people to prioritize quality over quantity, reservations are recommended. For groups, the farm indicated they can accommodate larger groups with prior booking, similar to classic car club outings. Parking is available on the property. I will definitely return. Thank you to this young couple.

12/11/2025: Excellent. We had lunch as a group and thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is truly delicious and generous. The starter buffet, cassoulet, and profiteroles were all very plentiful and flavorful. I highly recommend it. The dining room is lovely, and the terrace is also very pleasant. They don't accept cards.

This same positive attitude is reflected in their entire staff, who are extremely discreet and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in both summer and winter.

24/03/2026: We had a very pleasant stay. The owners are exceptionally hospitable, which started right before the reservation, by phone. The hotel has a great atmosphere; there is a wonderful sauna and an indoor pool, which was lovely to relax in after a day of skiing. The bar is inviting for a drink. The food in the restaurant (both breakfast and dinner) was very tasty and extensive. As for the rooms; the beds were good, and the bathroom facilities were nice; however, the lighting and windows (opening them slightly for fresh air) could be better. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this hotel!

28/12/2025: A very warm and attentive welcome, especially with two young children; everything was done to make them feel comfortable and enjoy an excellent lunch. A moment much appreciated by the parents and grandfather as well. The "pounti" was original and delicious, and the poultry, desserts, and Alsatian Pinot Noir were equally excellent. The wine was also generously poured and very tasty. A warm and friendly atmosphere. Go without hesitation!
