22/10/2025: The owners of this restaurant are beyond friendly. I had the opportunity to work as security for this village's festivals for 4 nights about 2 months ago and they were very supportive, refilling my bottle with fresh water whenever I asked. Looking forward to seeing you again next year.

11/01/2026: No more chit-chat: just go… and like me, you'll be hooked. Le Parisien is the Toulouse restaurant you absolutely mustn't miss. A genuine and incredibly warm welcome. Dishes executed to perfection, from appetizer to dessert. Daily specials that change constantly and rival the finest restaurants. The result? A sure bet. A place you'll love. And where you'll return again and again.

10/07/2025: I trusted the guide, but what a disappointment! We waited almost 40 minutes after our order, it turned out that it hadn't gone through, but no one cared. We ended up going to inquire: problem with the receipt, it happens. No apologies, and no action when it came to the bill, which turned out to be way too expensive for a kitchen that doesn't break bricks. In short, a completely rotten experience and 140 euros wasted.

05/12/2025: Hello, well, I'm really disappointed. The plates were way too big for the amount of food; there was a chicken leg on one of those! I think the chicken was anorexic. And the amount of mashed potatoes? I think they thought we were kindergarteners! On the other hand, apart from that, it was actually good, thankfully. Not recommended for big eaters.

25/10/2025: The meal was good, but not exceptional. However, the chef should review the portion sizes of the side dishes. It's just the bare minimum, especially for workers who come to eat. I ate 3 pieces of bread, which I never do just to say I've had enough to eat. The restaurant won't go bankrupt with more pasta, rice, or salad.

19/10/2025: A very pleasant surprise for our impromptu Sunday lunch. The Fez tagine and the vegetable tagine are the best! The lamb melts in your mouth. Very good desserts too. I recommend!

29/12/2025: A breathtaking view, of course. Impressive, personalized service. Attentive from start to finish. Here, the customer is king, and it shows, no matter what. The chef's cuisine is traditional yet innovative; it's interesting and enticing. Halfway between fine dining and a good, quality bistro. Both seasoned and young hedonists of French cuisine will find something to their liking on this concise, refined, and dynamic menu. We will be back; it was a pleasure. The wine list, unfortunately limited to natural and biodynamic wines, didn't prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Best of luck to everyone and happy holidays! 28/12/2025: Delicious, fresh, and original! The restaurant is amazing! We didn't try the hotel. Everything was very tasty, and the staff was lovely.

27/10/2025: A nice and cozy place where the food is always great! I'm a huge fan of their rum baba ;-) The chef is incredibly friendly and the waitress is efficient. Reading other reviews, it's true that it's more "chilled" at the beginning or end of service, but hey, a little tolerance is key... The decor is unusual and there's always something to look at. In short, I'd love to go back!

04/11/2025: The waitress needs to brush up on her basics: the salt shaker was empty at our table and remained so until dessert. She chatted more with her regulars and forgot about everyone else. The service was far too slow. The food was decent, nothing more. It's time to change the menu, breathe new life into the cuisine, and modernize it a bit. That's my advice!

17/12/2024: There were 4 of us having dinner, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for our dishes to arrive, we had to ask again and again, this is absolutely abnormal. Certainly the quality of the dishes is there but this delay cannot be excused and we left without even ordering the desserts. The aperitifs were offered but we remain on a very bad note. We won't come back
