01/10/2024: Quality, fair price. I recommend

28/09/2024: DEPLORABLE!!! A table of 13 people reserves 3 weeks in advance. A more than unpleasant waitress, no smile and an incredibly rude way of addressing the customer!!! “Push your cutlery.” A waiter who comes to take the dessert order 5 minutes after serving us the dish. Not to mention the “we’re offering you the digestive” once we arrive at the bar, the bill paid, a waitress who hands us the TPE to each of us to ask us to pay for this famous digestive. To top it off, another waitress, equally pleasant and contemptuous, who clears these empty glasses on the counter while pushing our drinks. A shame! For a first in this establishment, the last one was unanimous, we have never been so poorly received.

28/06/2025: The setting, welcome, and cuisine are of high quality. One of the only things that could be improved would be the occasional update of the menu.

11/06/2025: A very friendly restaurant in the heart of Comminges, run by passionate restaurateurs, all in a family atmosphere. I came here for lunch on a weekday and thoroughly enjoyed the daily special for €18.50, including a starter, main course, and dessert. A special mention goes to the main course, whose meat was extremely tender and perfectly cooked. I'll be back this time to enjoy the terrace and its bucolic setting on a beautiful day. Marianne

29/11/2024: My friend paid in cash for a bill of around €150, the waiter took advantage of the fact that he did not speak French well to keep €15 as a “tip” even though my friend had never intended to leave such an amount. Be careful!

14/09/2024: If I could give 6 stars I would have done so without hesitation. Warm welcome and impeccable service, the dishes are tasty and delicious. Well done to the whole team. 👏 We are delighted from start to finish. Very happy to see that there are real restaurants that offer fresh and local products. 11/09/2024: I wanted to share with you our bad experience in this establishment. We called on this restaurant for our daughters' communion in June 2025, we made an appointment at the end of July to request a quote, we gave the different things we wanted, we toured the area, and we had to wait to receive the quote because they were in the restaurant reopening period (we can hear it and understand). We called 15 days later to find out where the quote was, but supposedly it had been sent by email, then not completed, and at the end of August we finally got it. We came to refine this famous quote, review certain details (dishes and price of corkage which amounts to €7). The manager is committed to refining his quote, and sending it to us by email. This day we received an email stating that they cannot cover their costs and are not following up on our request. We were going with a quote of more than €60 per person, excluding wine, dessert, excluding corkage and canapes for the aperitif... During our first interview, we ask for times, they tell us that they are in no hurry and that we can stay as long as we need, on the estimate it is stipulated 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. and €80 per additional hour. .. Without asking, the swimming pool is made available, but on the quote it is not possible because it is not secure. In short, we find ourselves without a place to date for our daughters' communion.

26/10/2024: Frog legs are a marvel!! I think the best I ate, beautiful exterior view, pleasant terrace, small downside on the cleanliness of the place.....

10/12/2024: Racist place. If you are a tourist, just avoid this place. Most of the good reviews are from locals, who will converse with the service staff and talk about the tourists. Waited 2+ hours to be even seated, while locals who came after were allowed to go inside to sit and drink while waiting for their seat. Food wise, was served fish that was raw. When raised it to the staff, they just said “no problem, will cool it longer”. Honestly one of the worst if not worst experiences ever.

02/12/2024: Best foie gras I’ve ever had in my entire life. Escargot is also magnificent.

08/09/2024: An atmospheric place with tasty food, where the "job" is also done by harismatic staff. The gentleman who served our table was helpful and witty. He showed up when he was needed and checked if everything was OK - without being pushy. We liked the food very much - and we ordered different dishes (we ordered onion soup, main courses and dessert). I recommend :-)
