14/12/2025: Finding ourselves in Longvic for a special occasion, ETAP presented itself as a solution for a quick, affordable meal close to our destination. Once the setting in the industrial park was accepted, we were able to enjoy the dishes on offer. We would like to commend the chef/caterer, I believe, and his team. A very warm welcome and excellent Christmas dishes were offered. Special mention for the chocolate Yule log. I highly recommend it. As it's a cafeteria, you should arrive when it opens to get a table or make a reservation if you are in a group.

03/11/2025: The catering service was perfect! Excellent from appetizer to dessert, with beautifully presented desserts on a stand that showcased them perfectly! The spit-roasted suckling pig legs were cooked to perfection!

26/08/2025: If you want to experience a unique human and culinary experience, stop by Denis and Jean Marc's. If you're looking for a cozy, classic restaurant, move on; that's not what they're after. However, if you want to eat at a local's home and feel like you're at home with family, take the time to meet this wonderful family and taste everything Denis and his wife cook for you. At the bar, you'll definitely share a drink with their son, Jean Marc, and why not a game of pétanque with the kids, along with chestnut, myrtle, or hazelnut liqueurs? As for the prices, this is still one of the rare places where you won't get gouged, with a bill that's more than reasonable and even ridiculously cheap. While on vacation in Bastia, it would be a shame not to discover these people and this place.

20/08/2025: Amazing! This is our fifth visit, and it's been fantastic every time. Everything is perfect: an unusual, friendly, and welcoming setting; a magnificent view; a charming, rustic, and warm atmosphere; a welcoming and friendly owner and family; and above all, excellent Corsican food, homemade with local produce, generous portions, and unbeatable value! A truly wonderful discovery! We'll be back!

02/04/2026: Excellent experience. Without a reservation, they kindly found us a table in an already packed dining room, a clear sign of its popularity at weekday lunchtimes. Simple and delicious food. Warm welcome. A very, very good working-class restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

06/03/2026: This is definitely a place you should stop by. The welcome was warm and friendly; we waited barely 5 minutes to be seated, even though the restaurant was full. Homemade cuisine with quality ingredients—a real pleasure to eat. Honestly, why deprive yourself?

09/04/2026: A wonderful discovery while passing through the region! A rather simple facade that contrasts sharply with the excellent service. Quality products, everything homemade... traditional cuisine! I highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: We ordered four main courses, two children's meals, and a single starter (which served as my son's main course). The children's meals and the starter arrived quickly… then nothing for an hour! Meanwhile, customers who arrived after us were already being served. The children had finished eating long ago, and we were still waiting for our meals. When I pointed this out to the waitress, she replied, "Wait, your husband still has food in his mouth!" → a completely inappropriate and disrespectful remark. My husband was simply eating bread because we were all starving… As a result, my son waited an hour for his fries, and the children had to wait even longer after they had finished. And to top it all off: everyone's fries tasted like they were frozen. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

03/04/2026: Excellent food, especially if you love meat. Very good wine list. I really like this restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere, especially near the fireplace where part of the meal is prepared.

14/05/2026: While passing through the region, we enjoyed some excellent draft beers, but we were disappointed by the €25 charcuterie board. It simply wasn't up to par (the pâté and chorizo ​​were entry-level); the sausage was somewhat redeeming, but in a region so rich in charcuterie, it's a real shame.

04/05/2026: We came to this restaurant as a party of five for a meal (bill of €219), and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. From the start, an infernal noise coming from a service door made the meal unpleasant. Regarding the service: - No bread during the second course; I had to get up to ask for some. - A beer ordered at the beginning of the meal was only served after we complained, and even then, in the middle of the main course. Regarding the food: - The waiter recommended the aged ribeye steak (€5 extra per person): extremely fatty, very little meat. - When we complained, the manager told us that he didn't recommend this dish, particularly because of the fat... difficult to understand when it was recommended to us at the table. - The side dishes (fries/vegetables) were far too small for any of the main courses. - A portion of fries that was more like a children's meal. We reported these problems on-site, but received no solution or compensation. Response: “I’m not in the meat business” and “there are still some adjustments to be made,” even though the restaurant has been open for several months… Very disappointing considering the price paid. We won’t be back.

04/05/2026: A wonderful historical and culinary discovery, perfect for our parents' anniversary. We had an excellent time in a warm atmosphere, with an impeccable and attentive waiter. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. I highly recommend it. Set menu and/or à la carte options are very reasonably priced.
