20/09/2024: Home “we reserved a name” Yes, that’s the table down there. And we manage to find the right table. I have a glass of champagne. The waitress doesn't know she's serving because she doesn't announce anything Bone marrow very good Confit lamb!!! Not candied, just fat A cut of charcuterie pork. Lots of fat, unseared meat As for wine, either you have a bottle or wine by the glass. There are only 2 red wines by the glass, which ones? I ask the waiter. A wine from La Rochelle (ah!!!!) or a Sierra Whether he confused the Sierra Nevada and the Syrah grape variety, time will tell. We leave it there and move on

15/12/2024: High quality, gourmet restaurant. Superb setting. Particularly good value for money. The server was really great! Very friendly and warm place. Impeccable service. Very fine presentation. Highly recommended. 14 minutes from the centerparcs. Highly recommend.

15/12/2024: Came to Center Parcs for the weekend, one of the only restaurants open on Sunday evening. A real treat, a very good atmosphere, an excellent cook, Gwenaël and an excellent waiter. This restaurant is definitely worth the detour. Around €50 per person if menu at 40 euros and a cocktail. We ended our stay in style. Thank you very much and congratulations!

17/08/2024: Never disappointed in this restaurant. Always plentiful, quality. Room too noisy on the other hand, but the kitchen is great. We come back often

25/09/2024: Plats bien présentés mais sans saveur !! Pour commencer, proposer un gewurztraminer pour accompagner un aïoli et du filet de perche en persillade est une hérésie, surtout lorsque l'on demande quel vin local pourrait accompagner le repas...... Formation à revoir ! L'aïoli, bien présenté manquait cruellement de saveur, une simple mayonnaise... Dommage parce que le poisson était bien cuit, idem pour le filet de perche en persillade, aucun peps pour la persillade, un petit jus de persil sans plus. Encore une fois dommage car le poisson était bon..... Dessert et assiette de fromage classique, sans plus. Bref, la cuisine est bonne mais manque de goût . Merci de ne pas répondre par votre réponse copié/collé, avec une note de 4/5 20%de vos clients sont insatisfaits cela mérite de s'y attarder même si 80%sont contents. Un tout petit peu de remise en question permettrait d'atteindre le 5/5 et donc la perfection... réfléchissez avant de rester sur vos acquis....
