06/10/2026: Unbeatable value for money. The dishes are original, and the food is excellent (soft-boiled egg with spelt risotto, superb tuna steak with roasted celery, and a light and flavorful lemon cake).
As a bonus, a top-notch champagne (Paul Romain).
The service could be a little more relaxed.

06/10/2026: Very disappointed! We had a wonderful meal two years ago and were happy to repeat the experience with friends. Unfortunately, it was the same menu... but nothing like it! The aioli was mediocre beyond mediocre, made with frozen, boiled fish! The stew was apparently better, but in very small portions! Nothing to write home about.
So, we won't be going back! It's a shame because the setting is nice.

The waiter and owner (both male and female) were very friendly.
I will return.
I am passing through Gréoux for a spa treatment and greatly appreciate good food.

14/09/2026: The place is gorgeous! The atmosphere is welcoming and attentive. The girl who served us, Rania, was incredibly kind, professional, and friendly. The food was excellent, as were the cocktails. A special experience! Highly recommended!
11/09/2026: Tried the French toast and avocado toast for brunch, and the French toast was absolutely amazing! It was my first time trying authentic French toast in France and it was so, so delicious. Definitely a must-try French toast here!

07/10/2026: A lovely atmosphere with attentive staff and delicious cheese. We wondered how a raclette grill and a fondue set could fit on a table for four, but it worked out 😅.
The raclette cheese was delicious, and the fondue was superb. Unlimited potatoes allowed us to fully enjoy the experience. A warm and welcoming atmosphere (literally and figuratively) and a convivial moment shared with family.

11/09/2026: Au Wasigenstein is beautifully situated in the forest. Even the drive there is relaxing. The food is excellent, from the appetizers to the desserts. The restaurant is well worth a visit.
01/09/2026: First time trying it with my family, we received a warm welcome, the atmosphere outside was perfect with the mountains right next door. The food was impeccable, as was the service. I live a bit far away, but I hope to go back sometime.

04/08/2026: I wanted to find a nice hole in the wall, family ran restaurant where locals eat and this checked all of the boxes. Everyone that entered were treated like family and friends. The food portions were large. We ordered the combo and it was a sandwich, pasta salad and a dessert. Highly recommend going here for lunch, but bring an appetite!

The service is truly top-notch: a smiling, attentive team that takes the time despite the busy pace of the service. You can tell that the customer is well taken care of, without any fuss but with genuine kindness.
A place to remember in Roubaix, I highly recommend it!
