14/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! A very warm and attentive welcome right through to the end of the meal. An intimate restaurant with only a few tables, which made it very quiet; perfect for a meal for two. The dishes were delicious. Just one small complaint: the main course wasn't piping hot (it had already cooled down). The portions were generous. I had booked in advance, but there were still plenty of seats available.

18/03/2026: A small restaurant where we ate for the first time. The starter was good: Serrano ham croquettes, the four prawns were a bit small, and the risotto was unfortunately undercooked and not very creamy (3 euros extra). The dessert was average and not homemade (2 euros extra), all for 25 euros... We wondered if this was the menu every day since there was no daily special... meh.

13/03/2026: We absolutely loved this restaurant! From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the tastefully decorated dining room. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and bursting with flavor. Special mention also goes to our waitress, who was incredibly kind and attentive. A wonderful experience from start to finish, with truly remarkable value for money. We will definitely be back!

15/05/2026: We were at Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, and since the restaurant at the castle didn't accept card payments, we went to this restaurant based on a recommendation. My girlfriend immediately tried her first tarte flambée and was very impressed. The roast pork with crackling, as well as the desserts crème brûlée and fondant au chocolat, were also très bien. We didn't speak any French beyond what Google Translate could provide, and she didn't speak any German, but with a bit of gesturing and a little English, it was a very pleasant restaurant visit. We highly recommend it, even if it looks closed from the outside—just walk in.

Prepared the old-fashioned way, it's served in a generous portion—a real treat for those who appreciate it. I sometimes make the trip, no matter the distance, to get two portions to take away and enjoy at home. The menu price is very reasonable for a proper restaurant outing, leaving you feeling full and your taste buds delighted. The welcome is also warm and old-fashioned, giving you the feeling of being in a traditional French country restaurant, just like in the old days. 👌

08/05/2026: Traditional cuisine, impeccable service, the atmosphere of Les Halles market – everything came together for a fantastic lunch. The owner shared her recipes with us, as everything is homemade with love. She offered us lamb kidneys as there were only a few left, a gesture rare enough to be truly appreciated. The Mazet aioli with a large cod fillet and its memorable aioli sauce was perfect. The tripe à la marseillaise was divine with its hint of orange. And what can I say about the desserts... A dark chocolate ganache with olive jam or the enormous chocolate fondant – it's hard to choose! ✨
