31/01/2026: A sure thing. Never disappointed

12/10/2025: There were four of us. What a wonderful culinary experience! The blend of flavors. The atmosphere of a welcoming little village and the pleasant conversation. The dishes were piping hot and tasty. Well presented. A short walk through the village was necessary to fully absorb the flavors. We'll be back!

13/03/2026: My colleague and me booked this restaurant via The Fork during our travel to MIPIM for work. Knowing the busy week due to this big event, we booked the restaurant in advance and checked their Instagram page and website to make sure that they didn’t serve “MIPIM menu” at 85€ like some restaurants we saw on the website, which was totally a scam. When we arrived at the restaurant and told them that we had a reservation on The Fork. The atmosphere and decoration looked nice, there were only 4 guests in the room though. But then they asked us to follow them to a another room separated and we didn’t really understand why. And in that room, the decoration was totally different, there were only 2 of us, not the same atmosphere either, not nice I meant. We were a bit shocked but still stayed as my colleague was pregnant and she needed to eat something. Then the waiter came with the menu and told us that during the MIPIM, they served the “MIPIM Menu” at 65€ and 85€ only. We were once again surprised as we checked every where about the restaurant and it was not mentioned. On top of that, with 65€, I could have a nice dinner in a Michelin restaurant in the city center of Paris (as we live in Paris). We were so upset that they took advantage of clients during this period without being able to justify this high price. And on that night the restaurant was empty. We decided to leave and found just a much better restaurant nearby with a menu of 19€ and the service was excellent.

04/01/2026: Simply brilliant. Whenever we're in Sauveterre-de-Béarn, we eat there. The waitress is the best. The bartender is very friendly. Last time, he even gave us free coffee.

09/02/2026: A warm welcome for our table of nine, booked for our monthly retirement meal. An excellent set menu, everything homemade from appetizer to dessert. Pleasant setting. We'll definitely be back, according to everyone.

27/01/2026: We visited this restaurant in Valberg a week ago. The owners gave us a very warm welcome, the food was excellent, and the service was impeccable. The prices were very reasonable, and the overall atmosphere was great. We'll be back. 🙂

07/01/2026: I ate at this restaurant twice with my son; the pizzas were really great and the pasta carbonara was excellent. We'll definitely come back to this restaurant on our next trip.

25/03/2026: Dinner with friends on March 23rd during a holiday in Trouville-sur-Mer. We returned with friends this year after being delighted with our first visit as a couple in 2025, which earned us a 5/5 rating across the board. The aperitif was decent and well-served. We were quite disappointed by the starters; the deviled eggs and burrata were really quite ordinary. We were even more disappointed by the main courses, which were served cold, especially the chicken supreme and the fries. Personally, I chose a salmon tartare with lime and ginger, which was bland and tasteless. However, the desserts were good! Furthermore, we ordered knives and were told they were out. We also ordered a fish casserole, which was then canceled as it was also unavailable. The waitress seemed rather embarrassed but very friendly, and we were offered a complimentary after-dinner drink. In short, it was significantly worse than a year ago. It's a shame. Let's hope the quality returns to a good level very soon. Didier (Belgium).

05/03/2026: We were initially very well received; however, the moment my daughter asked to change her drink, even though she hadn't finished it because of several hairs in the glass, the service changed. Our plates were empty. A salad for €22 was practically empty. A plate of fish and chips with two pieces of fish and a small handful of fries for €22. That's very expensive. Avoid it!!!

30/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, modernized with top-notch cuisine. A very pleasant, intimate atmosphere. A wonderful time with the family!

26/12/2025: High-quality cuisine, with harmonious blends of flavors and elegant presentation. In summer, the terrace is very pleasant with mountain views. One minor complaint: the service was a bit slow. Average bill: €60-70

22/03/2026: We were welcomed by a friendly and smiling team. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was comfortable, with the added bonus of a view of the Chinon fortress in the distance. The hotel's decor was nice. The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection.

14/12/2025: Finding ourselves in Longvic for a special occasion, ETAP presented itself as a solution for a quick, affordable meal close to our destination. Once the setting in the industrial park was accepted, we were able to enjoy the dishes on offer. We would like to commend the chef/caterer, I believe, and his team. A very warm welcome and excellent Christmas dishes were offered. Special mention for the chocolate Yule log. I highly recommend it. As it's a cafeteria, you should arrive when it opens to get a table or make a reservation if you are in a group.

03/11/2025: The catering service was perfect! Excellent from appetizer to dessert, with beautifully presented desserts on a stand that showcased them perfectly! The spit-roasted suckling pig legs were cooked to perfection!
